Publication number: 20130252528Abstract: An air-condition system includes an air-conditioner having a main blower, a main duct and a heat exchanger, a suction port disposed near a seat, and a sub duct of which one end is connected to the suction port. The air-conditioner suctions air into the main duct through the sub duct, and blows the air into the passenger compartment again. According to the air-condition system, the conditioned air blown out into the passenger compartment is suctioned from the suction port disposed near the seat. Therefore, the conditioned air is recovered and a flow of conditioned air backward from the suction port is restricted, so that comfortable zone air-conditioning can be done. It is unnecessary to provide a heat exchanger used only for zone air-conditioning and thereby simplicity of the system configurations and cost reduction can be brought.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 6, 2011Publication date: September 26, 2013Inventors: Toshio Yajima, Takashi Fujita

Patent number: 8420115Abstract: Disclosed herein are oral preparations and their production process. The oral preparations are each composed of a complex and a coating composition applied on the complex. The complex has been obtained by dispersing or dissolving a drug having an unpleasant taste and a gastric high-molecular compound in a low melting-point substance heated to and molten at its melting point or higher and granulating the resulting mixture. The coating composition is composed of an insoluble high-molecular compound and a disintegrator at a weight ratio of from 80:20 to 99:1. In the form of microparticles or the like that contain the drug having the unpleasant taste, each oral preparation according to the present invention can maintain the masking of the unpleasant taste of the drug and the release profile of the drug even under acidic conditions.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2005Date of Patent: April 16, 2013Assignee: Taisho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hiroshi Ikuta, Toshio Yajima

Patent number: 8296089Abstract: A positioning system (1) provided with an actuator (2) having a wave gear device (4) is driven and controlled by a semi-closed loop control for controlling the load position of a load device (5) based on the motor position of a motor shaft (31) of a motor (3). In a method for compensating for an angular transmission error by compensating for a motor shaft synchronous component ?Sync that occurs in synchrony with the motor position and is a relative rotation-synchronous component that includes an angular transmission error component of the wave gear device (4), the positioning system (1) is represented as a two-inertia model, and the motor shaft synchronous component ?Sync is represented as an oscillation source for producing a twisting action between the two inertia bodies in the two-inertia model.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 2010Date of Patent: October 23, 2012Assignees: Harmonic Drive Systems Inc., National University Corporation Nagoya Institute of TechnologyInventors: Kozo Sasaki, Yoshifumi Okitsu, Toshio Yajima, Makoto Iwasaki

Patent number: 8013560Abstract: The non-linear elastic deformation component included in the angular transmission error of an actuator provided with a wave gear drive is a component of the angular transmission error occurring due to elastic deformation of a flexible externally-toothed gear when the direction of rotation of the motor shaft changes. This component can be analyzed by driving the motor in a sine-wave shape. A model of the non-linear elastic deformation component (non-linear model) obtained from the analysis results is used to store data or a function for compensating for this component in a motor-control device. Compensation for the non-linear elastic deformation component (?Hys) is added to a motor-shaft angle command (?*M) as a compensation input (N?*TE) for feed-forward compensation. As a result, the non-linear elastic deformation component (?Hys) can be effectively reduced, and the positioning precision of the actuator can be improved.Type: GrantFiled: January 13, 2009Date of Patent: September 6, 2011Assignee: Harmonic Drive Systems Inc.Inventors: Kozo Sasaki, Yoshifumi Okitsu, Toshio Yajima, Makoto Iwasaki
