  • Patent number: 8871857
Abstract: A coating composition contains (A) a water-based emulsion containing (a) amino group-containing polyorganosiloxane having a self crosslinking property, (b) chlorinated polyolefin, and (c) a water dispersible polyurethane resin, and (B) spherical particles made up of a rubbery elastic body mixed and dispersed in the water-based emulsion (A). The water-based emulsion (A) can be obtained by mixing a first emulsion containing the amino group-containing polyorganosiloxane (a), a second emulsion containing the chlorinated polyolefin (b), and the water dispersion of the polyurethane resin (c). The coating composition can form a coating film excellent in preservation stability, coating uniformity, working life, having good non-tackness, water repellancy, lubricity, and excellent in adhesiveness and abrasion resistance.

  • Patent number: 7425372
Abstract: The coating agent composition comprises an emulsion containing (A) polydiorganosiloxane having a viscosity of 50 to 10,000,000 mPa·s at 25° C. and having both terminal ends blocked by hydroxyl groups, (B) polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in one molecule, (C) a curing catalyst, and (D) chlorinated polyolefine and/or acryl-modified polyolefine, with which (E) fine spherical particles comprised of a rubber-like elastomer having hardness of less than 90 are mixed to disperse into it. The coating agent composition having good uniform applying property, non tackness, water repellency and lubricating properties and outstanding adhesiveness to a rubber or plastic substrate can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 4543219
Abstract: A baffle tray tower comprising a tubular tower body, a plurality stages of baffle tray members disposed within the tower body, and partition plates each disposed within the tower body so as to generally vertically divide a curtain zone defined between two adjacent stages of the baffle tray members into an upper curtain zone for mainly passing a gas therethrough and into a lower curtain zone for mainly passing a liquid therethrough can be operated as a gas-liquid contacting device with a high gas-liquid contact efficiency and a low pressure loss.
