  • Publication number: 20020029566
Abstract: A travel motor hydraulic control system for a construction machine having a plurality of hydraulic pumps which supply individually pressurized fluid for a plurality of hydraulic travel motors and a plurality of flow control valves which control the flow rate of the pressurized fluid to be supplied to the motor during an ordinary work. A controller receives a control signal representative of a travel control lever stroke sensed by a position sensor and a control signal detected by a pressure sensor, determines if the vehicle is traveling up a slope, and transmits a command signal to a solenoid operated valve to move a pilot operated shut off valve toward a valve-closing position, thereby the travel hydraulic motors are individually supplied the pressurized fluid from the hydraulic pumps.

  • Patent number: 6012428
Abstract: A system for controlling fuel injection in an internal combustion engine such that when the target air-fuel ratio is switched from a rich value to a lean value, the air-fuel ratios are switched to the lean value by sequentially decreasing the amount of fuel injected into the cylinders, for example in a four cylinder engine into the #1, #2, #3 and #4 cylinders, with predetermined time differences. During this time, an electronic air control valve (EACV) is controlled in such a manner that it is stepwise opened with the switching of the air-fuel ratio s for the #1, #2, #3 and #4 cylinders, thereby causing the engine torque to remain the same to prevent the generation of a torque shock. When the target air-fuel ratio has been switched from the lean level to the rich level, the amounts of fuel injected into the #1, #2, #3 and #4 cylinders are controlled in such a manner that they are sequentially increased with predetermined time differences, and the EACV is controlled in such a manner that it is stepwise closed.

  • Patent number: 5598648
Abstract: The present invention is concerned with an apparatus for controlling a straight excavating operation with a hydraulic excavator such as a power shovel or the like machine including three working units, i.e., a boom, an arm and a bucket. When the straight excavating operation is performed, a hydraulic pressure of hydraulic oil in a hydraulic chamber on the boom lowering side of a boom cylinder is conducted to a drain tank while maintaining a predetermined set pressure, and a hydraulic pressure of hydraulic oil in a hydraulic chamber on the boom raising side of the boom cylinder is conducted to the drain tank via a check valve which serves to inhibit the hydraulic oil from flowing from the hydraulic chamber on the boom raising side of the boom cylinder to the drain tank, whereby the boom is held in the so-called floated state so as to enable a straight excavating operation to be performed merely by actuating the arm and bucket.

  • Patent number: 5386372
Abstract: A plurality of pulse signals (trigger signals) responsive to driving of a power plant are directly supplied to respective adaptive control circuits each having an adaptive digital filter for controlling components of periodic or semi-periodic vibrations and noises ascribed to related component parts of a vibration/noise source. • Patent number: 5365737
Abstract: Hydraulically-operated equipment such as travelling equipment or working equipment for use in construction machinery such as a power shovel, shoveldozer and bulldozer. The hydraulically-operated equipment comprises a hydraulic driving mechanism actuated by hydraulic pressure, a hydraulic pressure supplying device for supplying hydraulic pressure to a hydraulic pipeline system for the hydraulic driving mechanism and a controller for controlling the hydraulic pressure supplying device such that the supplying rate at which hydraulic pressure is supplied to the hydraulic pipeline system according to the supply of hydraulic pressure is decreased in a specified period after a dead zone period in which hydraulic pressure starts to rise. This arrangement prevents an operational lag in the hydraulic driving mechanism as well as a shock at the time of start-up and shut-down.

  • Patent number: 5274557
Abstract: A teaching and playback method for a work machine that is applicable to construction equipment such as a hydraulic excavator to automatize operation. Data on the operator's operation of work machine actuators is stored, and the stored data is reproduced so that the same operation as that by the operator is automatically performed. The method is adapted to effect exactly the same operation as what has been taught even when, during playback, the load on the actuators has varied from the level applied during the teaching. For this purpose, the pump discharge amount and the amounts of flow supplied to the actuators which are present during the teaching are stored. During playback, when the load has varied, and the pump discharge has changed, the engine output is controlled in such a manner that the actual pump discharge becomes equal to the amount stored during the teaching.

  • Patent number: 5243947
Abstract: A fuel injection control system is provided for use in a cylinder injection/spark ignition type internal combustion engine in which fuel is injected directly into cylinders through respective fuel injection valves mounted in the cylinder heads. An ECU determines a desired fuel injection amount based upon the engine rotational speed and an engine load condition, determines desired fuel pressure to be supplied to the fuel injection valves and controls the actual fuel supply pressure relative to the desired fuel pressure. The ECU causes fuel to be supplied under the desired fuel pressure to each of the fuel injection valves, based upon the engine rotational speed and injected thereby into the corresponding cylinder when the crank angle of the engine falls within a predetermined range in the vicinity of a top dead point of the cylinder corresponding to a compression stroke thereof. The predetermined crank angle range is set to a range of 20.degree. BTDC to 5.degree. ATDC.

  • Patent number: 5204087
Abstract: A composition for foaming preparation comprising (a) an organic acid of which the crystal surface is coated with a sugar and (b) a carbonate is disclosed. In the composition, an organic acid is completely shut off from a carbonate by a sugar coating so that the acid does not react with the carbonate over a prolonged storage time. When the composition is put into mouth, the sugar which covers the acid is readily dissolved, allowing the acid and the carbonate to react and to generate carbon oxide gas. An excellent foaming calcium preparation can be produced by using calcium carbonate as the carbonate or by adding other salt of calcium to the composition. Such a calcium preparation gives a good taste and favorable feeling upon administration. It is especially suitable for regular administration of calcium over an extended period of time.
