  • Patent number: 10564185
Abstract: A prober for preventing a collision between a probe and a probe position detecting camera and a prober operation method are provided. A prober that performs an inspection by bringing a probe into contact with an electrode of a wafer W includes: a probe position detecting camera for detecting the position of the tip of the probe to perform relative positional alignment between the electrode of the wafer W and the probe; a probe height detector, provided separately from the probe position detecting camera, for detecting the height of the tip of the probe from a reference plane serving as a reference for the height of the probe position detecting camera; and a first height adjusting mechanism for changing the height of the probe position detecting camera from the reference plane, based on the detection result of the probe height detector.

  • Patent number: 4949204
Abstract: A video tape recorder records and/or reproduces an information signal on and/or from an endless magnetic tape having a shape of an endless loop. A large portion of the tape is accommodated within a stationary reel, and an endless belt guided by rollers on the stationary reel is provided in an approximate C-shape. The tape is wound around an outer portion of the endless belt in a form of a tape roll, and a remaining portion of the tape forms a predetermined tape path. When the tape is transported in a forward direction, the tape is drawn out from an innermost turn of the tape roll and is taken up on an outermost turn of the tape roll. The information signal is recorded and/or reproduced on and/or from the tape in the predetermined tape path between the innermost and outermost turns of the tape roll by rotary magnetic heads located on the inside of the stationary reel.

  • Patent number: 4551996
Abstract: A washing machine with a drier having a washing machine body, a drier carrier mounted on the washing machine body and a drier body carried by said carrier. Almost whole part of the front surface of the drier carrier is concaved rearwardly to provide a concaved curved front surface. The upper end of the front surface of the drier carrier, which is flush with the fron surface of the drier body, is retracted rearwardly from the lower end of the front surface of the drier carrier which is flush with the front surface of the washing machine body. The rear end of the drier body is projected rearwardly from the rear surface of the drier carrier.

  • Patent number: 4202187
Abstract: A washing basket adapted to be incorporated in a washing machine having a hydroextracting function. The washing basket, which is provided at its bottom with a pulsator, has a plurality of protrusions formed in its inner peripheral wall. Each of the protrusions has an arcuate cross-section whose ridge is directed toward the center of the basket, and is extending in the vertical direction along the inner peripheral wall of the basket. A plurality hydroextracting apertures are formed in each of grooves which are formed between the adjacent protrusions.

  • Patent number: 3946307
Abstract: A measuring apparatus uses an impedance element whose impedance varies with the physical properties of an object consisting of magnetic or electric conductive, heat-responsive or deformable substance, under the condition where the impedance element is energized by a D.C. or A.C. voltage source of a predetermined level. Connected in parallel or series with the impedance element is a negative impedance network, with its input impedance set at a negative value, which comprises an amplifier and positive and negative feedback impedance networks each connected between the input and output terminals of the amplifier. At least either of the positive and negative feedback impedance networks is constituted by a low, high or band pass filter for eliminating an external noise component, whereby the measuring apparatus enables to detect the physical properties of the object with as high a sensitivity and accuracy as possible.
