  • Patent number: 9121213
Abstract: A switching mechanism includes a main body, a rotational body, a swinging member, and a biasing member. The swinging member detaches from the shaft portion against a biasing force of the biasing member by a centrifugal force generated at the swinging member in response to rotation of the rotational body rotating in conjunction with movement of the rotational member, for example, a vehicle door, to switch the state of the switching mechanism to an operation allowed state in a state where the rotational member is operated to rotationally move. The biasing force of the biasing member pushes the swinging member to make contact with the shaft portion and engages with the shaft portion by friction to retain the rotational body in a stopped state to switch the state of the switching mechanism to a movement restrained state in a state where the rotational member is stopped from making rotational movement.

  • Publication number: 20150244309
Abstract: A solar panel unit (10) includes a control unit (73) which operates an actuator (41) such that an angle of a solar panel (20) coincides with a predetermined command angle. The control unit (73) performs reset control for resetting the angle of the solar panel (20) misaligned due to strong wind. In the reset control, the actuator (41) is not operated until a predetermined time has passed since the angle of the solar panel (20) was misaligned to wait for the strong wind to stop, and then the actuator (41) is operated to reset the angle of the solar panel (20).

  • Publication number: 20150222169
Abstract: A resistance generating device for a drive unit of an opening and closing member of a vehicle includes a transmission member transmitting a rotary motion to a rotary body, and a fixing member provided to form a clearance between the fixing member and the transmission member in a radial direction of a rotary axis of the transmission member. One of the fixing member and the transmission member includes a magnet and the other includes a magnetic body. The magnet is disposed to face the magnetic body so that the facing position facing each other is changed as the transmission member rotates. The magnet is disposed to face the magnetic body so that magnetic poles at the facing position alternate as the transmission member rotates. The magnetic body and the magnet generate a magnetic force therebetween, the magnetic force generating a resistance against an opening and closing movement of the opening and closing member.
