This saves the user from having to move his or her body when making a direction change, thereby allowing the user to easily change the direction of the handcart in a narrow space as well as reducing labor necessary for making the direction change.

The necktie can be easily worn in such a way that, after the winding portion has been wound around the neck, the winding portion is attached by the clasp so as to be ring-shaped. Then, a good design can be secured by making the ornamental portion a chain, downward sword-shaped, rectangular, and others so as to be freely bendable. Accordingly, the necktie is appropriate for the use by not only men, but also women.
