  • Publication number: 20220010362
Abstract: Disclosed herein include systems, methods, compositions, and kits for determining the presence of a single cell mRNA sequencing assay workflow failure, including determining a failure in barcoding copies of a nucleic acid target and determining a failure in sequencing library generation. There are also provided, in some embodiments, compositions, methods, and systems for determining the sequencing status of sequencing library members (e.g., saturated sequencing or under sequencing). Compositions comprising a predetermined copy number of barcoded control nucleic acids are also provided herein.

  • Patent number: 8836336
Abstract: First electromagnetic data is acquired for a subterranean structure using a first survey technique, and second electromagnetic data is acquired for the subterranean structure using a second, different survey technique in which static positioning of at least one electromagnetic source is employed. The first and second electromagnetic data are combined to characterize the subterranean structure.

  • Patent number: 7667464
Abstract: A method for measuring a resistivity of a subsurface formation that includes transmitting continuously a signal at a first fundamental frequency at full power for a first period of time within a single window of time causing electromagnetic energy to propagate in the subsurface formations, transmitting continuously the signal at a second fundamental frequency at full power for a second period of time within the single window of time causing electromagnetic energy to propagate in the subsurface formations, measuring variations in the electromagnetic energy propagated through the subsurface formations at receivers at the first and the second fundamental frequencies, and determining the resistivity of the subsurface formations using the measurements of the variations in electromagnetic energy at the receivers.

  • Publication number: 20070034714
Abstract: The lawn sprinkler system utilizes a single impulse type sprinkler head and at least one (preferably a series of) ground anchor receptacle(s) for the single sprinkler head. The ground anchors are permanently placed as desired, with the single sprinkler head and water supply hose being moved from one ground anchor to another to complete the watering task. Each ground anchor is provided with indicators to indicate the stop settings for the impulse sprinkler head when installed at that location. The user installs the sprinkler head with its attached hose in the selected ground anchor, and sets the sprinkler head stops in accordance with the indicators on the ground anchor. When the watering has been accomplished at that location, the water is turned off, the sprinkler head moved to another anchor, its stops are adjusted, and the water turned on to continue the process.
