    Abstract: A bunting which attaches to a seat and a bunting that protects a child from the elements is disclosed. The bunting may be used on the seat of a stroller but not limited thereto. The bunting, fabricated from a material blank for wrapping about the child, has a draft shield attached to a first edge on a front of the material blank, a hood attached to a top edge of the material blank, a back having disposed thereon slots for receiving straps attached to the seat therethrough and means for fastening the first edge and a second edge of the material blank for closing the material blank about the child, such as a zipper.
