    Abstract: This invention relates to a method and system for improving oxygen flow through a standard non-rebreather oxygen mask of the type currently used in medical facilities. The standard non-rebreather oxygen mask lacks a venturi device and sometimes fails to deliver sufficient oxygenation to patients in distress, often resulting in patient intubation. The additional of upward-facing ventilation tubes attached to either side of the mask provides an accessible oxygen reservoir allowing patients access to significantly increased oxygenation with each breath, without requiring a bag assembly, power or air compression.
