  • Publication number: 20100246168
Abstract: A fluorescent light fixture includes a frame supporting a reflector having at least one elongated recess, the recess having a light reflecting side configured to at least partially surround at least one elongated fluorescent bulb having a diameter D, and defined by a geometry having a convex portion merging with angled sidewalls. A powder coating is disposed on the light reflecting side of the recess of the reflector. A method of making a fluorescent light fixture includes providing a frame supporting the reflector, the reflector having a recess with a light reflecting side to at least partially surround a fluorescent bulb, the recess defined by a geometry having a convex portion merging with angled sidewalls, and applying a white thermosetting powder coating on the light reflecting side of the recess of the reflector.

  • Patent number: 7784966
Abstract: A light fixture includes a raceway, a lampholder, and a power pack. The raceway includes an aperture and a locking aperture. The lampholder is electrically connected to a lampholder connector. The power pack includes a power pack cover and a ballast. The power pack cover includes a latching end. The ballast includes a power input connector adapted to electrically connect to a power cord and a ballast output connector adapted to electrically connect to the lampholder connector. The latching end includes a flange adapted to mate with the aperture of the raceway and a locking protrusion adapted to mate with the locking aperture of the raceway such that the power pack is detachably mountable to the raceway.

  • Patent number: 7780310
Abstract: A light fixture includes a raceway, a lampholder, and a power pack. The raceway includes an aperture and a locking aperture. The lampholder is electrically connected to a lampholder connector. The power pack includes a power pack cover and a ballast and a deployable sensor. The deployable sensor includes a sensor head, a conduit and pivotable coupling that permits movement of the sensor between a deployed position and a stowed position.

  • Patent number: 4969287
Abstract: A bullet-type slip weight is provided including a forward end portion defining a cavity therein double fluid tight sealed from the exterior of the weight and in which a plurality of loose rattle members are loosely received. The weight incorporates a tubular plastic body and a central longitudinal plastic tube portion extending longitudinally therethrough to define an annular cavity within the plastic body about the central tube portion. The rear end of the cavity is occupied by a tubular weight body snugly telescoped thereinto and the rear end of the cavity is closed by an annular rear closure wall sealed relative to the outer periphery of the rear end of the body and the rear end of the tube portion. The forward portion of the cavity disposed forward of the weight body has the aforementioned rattle members loosely received therein.
