  • Patent number: 11981404
Abstract: Inflatables can have one or more flat segments that are configured to form one or more bends. The flat segments of the inflatables could be formed using any technique such as drop stitch. One or more bends may be maintained in one or more flat segments of an inflatable such as to create a ladder and a slide. A variety of bend maintaining components can be used to maintain the one or more bends.

  • Publication number: 20240131399
Abstract: A balance board system may include a balance board, a phone that is mounted to the balance board, and a display device on which a virtual environment may be displayed. The virtual environment can include a representation of the balance board that is oriented based on the balance board's orientation as detected by the phone. The virtual environment can enable a user to learn and practice tricks or other activities on a balance board. A phone mount can be used to mount the phone to the balance board. By mounting the phone to the balance board, software on the phone can be used to detect and monitor the balance board's movement to thereby assist the user in improving his or her balance or learning various tricks, movements or techniques. The software on the phone can also allow the user to generate inputs for various games that can be portrayed in the virtual environment.

  • Publication number: 20180369074
Abstract: Teethers are configured with a base, a biting structure that extends distally from the base, and one or more handles that extend proximally from the base. The base has a hollow interior with both a proximal opening and a distal opening. The biting structure is also hollow and includes a proximal opening such that the biting structure has a proximally-facing concave interior. As a result of this design, a baby may use the teether by either grasping the one or more handles or by inserting his or her fingers through the base and into the concave interior of the biting structure. With the baby's fingers inserted into the concave interior of the biting structure, the baby can satisfy the desire to insert his or her fingers into the mouth while also biting on the teether.

  • Publication number: 20180072389
Abstract: A wake enhancer can be configured to be quickly and easily coupled to and decoupled from a boat even when the boat is in water and without requiring any modification/alteration to the boat. The wake enhancer can include a base, an arm that extends from the base to form a forward facing surface for diverting the flow of water, and opposing sidewalls that extend between the base and the arm to provide support to the arm. The wake enhancer can also include suction cup assemblies that are integrated into the base and function to couple the wake enhancer to the hull of a boat. The opposing sidewalls can include recessed ends which facilitate access to handles of the suction cup assemblies to in turn facilitate coupling and decoupling the wake enhancer.

  • Patent number: 9894986
Abstract: Toothbrush assemblies have a structural component and a cushioning component disposed about a portion of the structural component. The structural component has a distal head element, an elongated spacing element extending from the head element, and a body portion connected to the spacing element opposite the head element. The cushioning component causes the structural component to resist movement in the posterior direction to a larger degree than the structural component resists movement in the anterior direction. Accordingly, an axial force applied to the head element in the direction of the spacing element causes the spacing element to move in the anterior direction. Thus, the toothbrush assembly can be safe for toddlers to use as they can be less likely to impale the toddler's throat tissue and/or puncture a vital artery.
