    Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a resistive random access memory (RRAM) memory circuit. The memory circuit has a word-line decoder operably coupled to a first RRAM device and a second RRAM device by a word-line. A bit-line decoder is coupled to the first RRAM device by a first bit-line and to the second RRAM device by a second bit-line. A bias element is configured to apply a first non-zero bias voltage to the second bit-line concurrent to the bit-line decoder applying a non-zero voltage to the first bit-line.

The expanded sections of the liner respectively corresponds to the enlarged portions of the inner core, and the recessed sections of the liner respectively corresponds to the separation portions of the inner core.

In some embodiments, the method may be performed by activating a word-line coupled to a row of RRAM cells comprising a selected RRAM device by applying a first read voltage to the word-line. A second read voltage is applied to a bit-line coupled to a first electrode of the selected RRAM device. One or more non-zero bias voltages are applied to bit-lines and select-lines coupled to RRAM cells, within the row of RRAM cells, having unselected RRAM devices.

    Abstract: A water valve includes a valve body, a stationary sleeve, and a movable sleeve. The stationary sleeve is received in the valve body, and the movable sleeve is slidably disposed in the stationary sleeve. A partition plate is formed in the movable sleeve to partition the movable sleeve into a cold water cavity and a hot water cavity at two ends respectively. An external wall of the movable sleeve is formed with an annular groove positionally corresponding to the partition plate. When the partition plate is pushed under different pressure of cold water and hot water, the movable sleeve is moved to regulate flow ratio of cold water and hot water. Besides, water is received in the annular groove and the gap between the stationary sleeve and the movable sleeve for cushion and lubrication. Thus, the movable sleeve is easier to move for regulation.

The anti-leaking element is sandwiched between the outer body and the inner body to partition the space therebetween into two channels for cold and hot water to flow into the inner body.

The biasing assembly normally drives the water stop portion of the water stop gasket apart from the at least one air passage to keep the at least one air passage non-closed.

    Abstract: This invention is related to a method of preparing a fermented crude extract having angiotensin converting enzyme inhibiting activity. The method comprises the following steps. A material is dried, milled, and then mixed with water in a weight ratio of 1:11 to form a mixture solution. 0.1 vol % ?-amylase is used to perform hydrolysis at 95° C. for 1 hour. 0.1 vol % glucoamylase is used to perform hydrolysis at 65° C. for 4 hours. A lactic acid bacterium is added in a culture medium containing the mixture solution to perform fermentation for 24 hours. The culture medium is centrifuged to take the supernatant thereof, and the supernatant is boiled for 20 minutes. The supernatant is filtered to obtain a fermented crude extract having angiotensin converting enzyme inhibiting activity.
