  • Patent number: 7875818
Abstract: A switch module includes a casing containing a power supply module and a press button, and recessions of the casing for accommodating and fixing first and second power conductive plates. The second power conductive plate is connected to the power supply module, and two positioning portions are protruded from the recession. A first conductive clamping plate is contained in one positioning portion and riveted with the corresponding power conductive plate, and the other one of the positioning portions contains an isolated portion and a second conductive clamping plate. A conductive extension plate of the second conductive clamping plate is passed through both sides of the casing and connected to another conductive portion of the power supply module, such that the second conductive clamping plate has a power polarity of the second power conductive plate when the power supply module is at a connection status.

  • Publication number: 20080284556
Abstract: A current breaker includes a shell, a switching member, a movable conductor, a first conductive strip, a second conductive strip, a third conductive strip, a snap strip, a disengaging member and a locking member. In case of excessive current, the snap strip disfigures to move the disengaging member for releasing the locking member from the movable conductor, and then separates the movable conductor from the first conductive strip so as to cut off current. Moreover, even if the switching member should accidentally be compressed immovable in the ON condition, this current breaker still could work to cut off current automatically.

  • Patent number: 7232971
Abstract: A circuit breaker includes a shell, a movable press strip, a metal strip, a C-shaped plate spring, and three conductors. A first and a second conductor are inserted through the bottom of the shell, respectively have an upper end extending up in the shell, with a first contact point on its upper end of the first conductor, with an upper end of the second conductor connected with a metal strip, which has one end facing under a first press member of the press strip and an elastic contact strip with one end provided with a second contact point facing under the first contact point. A C-shaped plate spring has two lower ends connected with the metal strip, and a curved-up portion facing a second press member. The contact strip may disfigure by high heat caused by excessive current, curling upward to force the first contact point snap off the second contact point to cut off the circuit breaker.

  • Patent number: 6275134
Abstract: A safety switch. The switch includes a housing configured to hold a pivoted lever at the top and three metal contact plates at the bottom. A movable member pivots on the intermediate metal contact plate. A bimetal element with a fixed end is connected to one end of the movable member and a free end of the bimetal element is suspended above one of the lateral metal contact plates. An actuating member is coupled between the lever and the movable member and driven by the lever to tilt the movable member between a first position where the free end of the bimetal element is forced into contact with the corresponding lateral metal contact plate, causing the circuit to be closed, and a second position where the free end of the bimetal element is disconnected from the corresponding lateral metal contact plate, causing the circuit to be opened. The lever can include a light, a conductive end of which contacts the remaining lateral metal contact.
