A torsion spring is located in the first room and includes a mounting member and a radial opening. A blade unit includes a pin, a blade, a movable member, a spring and an action member. When activating the action member to drive the movable member to compress the spring, the third contact portion and the second engaging portion of the movable member are disengaged from the groove and the first engaging portion of the pin, and the pin is not restricted and can be removed from the passage. The blade is not restricted by the pin and replaceable.

The movable member is movably received in the recessed area and has an engaging portion which is engaged with the engaging groove of the shaft. The resilient member is biased between the recessed area and the movable member so that the shaft is restricted from being disengaging from the transverse slot by the movable member.

Each ratchet wheel includes a first pivotal portion, a second pivotal portion and a first toothed portion which is defined in a curved and concaved manner in the outer periphery of the ratchet wheel. A pawl is located in the second room and has a second toothed portion which is engaged with the first toothed portion of the ratchet wheel. The distance defined between the deepest point of the first toothed portion to the first pivotal portion or the second pivotal portion is larger than the distance that the ratchet wheel shifts relative to the pawl within the first room.
