  • Patent number: 5381266
Abstract: A stereoviewer for observing a stereo pair of photographs three-dimensionally through binocular lenses is shown and described. The stereoviewer comprises a box-shaped main body case having a space for accommodating stereoscopic photographs; a lid for covering the main body case; holder portions provided on one side surface of the box-shaped main body case so as to position and hold the stereoscopic photographs in a non-perpendicular standing state; and binocular lenses provided thereon are inclined in such a manner that the binocular lenses face the vertical center portion of the stereoscopic photographs. This stereoviewer also serves as a package and has a simple structure. The thickness of the binocular lenses are varied so that the focal distance is different between the upper portion and the lower portion of said binocular lenses and the binocular lenses are decentered outwardly in the horizontal direction.

  • Patent number: 4912496
Abstract: An automatic focussing adjusting device which controls properly an integration time necessary to integrate the amount of light received by a CCD line sensor for measuring the light of an object to detect a focal position. In the automatic focussing adjusting device, when the average value of the output data of the CCD line sensor is a value existing out of the stable operation region of the CCD line sensor, the integration in time for the amount of the light received from the object by the CCD line sensor is controlled so that the average value of the next output data of the CCD line sensor converges rapidly to the reference value of the output data to be selected in the CCD line sensor stable operation region. For the average value existing in the stable operation region, the integration time is controlled so that the average value of the next output data converges slowly to the reference value.

  • Patent number: 4908643
Abstract: An automatic focussing adjusting device which detects the amount of de-focussing of an image of an object to perform an automatic focussing adjustment of a taking lens of a camera including a zoom lens. The magnification m of a group of magnification varying lenses in the zoom lens is corrected and the amount of movement .DELTA.X of a group of focus lenses necessary for focussing is calculated based on a corrected magnification .alpha..multidot.m, so that a focussing adjustment can be executed. Also, an error in the amount of de-focussing, caused by manufacturing errors in dimensions defining a positional relationship between line sensors and a group of microscopic lenses in a focus detect element is corrected, and based on a correctively calculated amount of de-focussing .beta..multidot..DELTA.P, a focussing adjustment is performed.

  • Patent number: 4417280
Abstract: A servo amplifier for a television camera lens for driving a servomotor to control a zooming, focusing and/or iris control is connected with a power source by way of a current limiter to prevent a voltage drop caused by a rush current. The servo amplifier is composed of a pre-amplifier and a power amplifier, in which the power amplifier is supplied with a power by way of the current limiter. The current limiter is composed of a transistor, a zener diode and resistors, and operates to limit the level of the electric current flowing therethrough.

  • Patent number: 4095244
Abstract: A handy type TV camera or motion picture camera with a grip includes a focal length varying means, a diaphragm aperture varying means and a focus adjusting means. One of these means is electrically controlled by use of a servomotor controlled by a potentiometer. Another of these means is manually controlled by use of a manually operable ring mounted on the camera. The remaining of these means is either electrically or manually controlled. The potentiometer for controlling the servomotor is operated by use of a manually operable control member provided on the grip of the camera. The control member is located on the back of the grip at an upper portion so that it is easily operated with the thumb of the hand which is used to hold the grip. The control member is horizontally movable or rotatable and the grip is extended obliquely downward and forward to further facilitate the operation of the control member.
