    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for determining local focus points (LFPs) on a sample are provided. In some embodiments, a controller including circuitry may be configured to cause a system to perform selecting a first plurality of resist pattern designs; performing a plurality of process simulations using the first plurality of resist pattern designs; identifying a hotspot that corresponds to a resist pattern design based on results of the performed process simulations; determining focus-related characteristics that correspond to a plurality of candidate resist patterns, wherein the plurality of candidate resist pattern designs is a subset of the first plurality of resist pattern designs and the subset is selected based on the identified hotspot; and determining locations of a plurality of LFPs based on the generated focus-related characteristics.

    Abstract: A deciding system for stopping and dispatching vehicles includes a memory and a cloud processing unit. The cloud processing unit is configured to determine one of a fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm and a non-fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm to be executed by the cloud processing unit according to a temporary car-hailing order message; execute the one of the fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm and the non-fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm to generate a stop message corresponding to a stop station according to a dispatch parameter set from the memory, and generate a stop number set corresponding to the first vehicle according to the stop message; and execute the one of the fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm and the non-fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm to generate a dispatch message according to the dispatch parameter set, and generate a dispatch vehicle number set corresponding to the second vehicle according to the dispatch message.

    Abstract: A package includes a frontside redistribution layer (RDL) structure, a semiconductor die on the frontside RDL structure, and a backside RDL structure on the semiconductor die including a first RDL, and a backside connector extending from a distal side of the first RDL and including a tapered portion having a width that decreases in a direction away from the first RDL, wherein the tapered portion includes a contact surface at an end of the tapered portion. A method of forming the package may include forming the backside redistribution layer (RDL) structure, attaching a semiconductor die to the backside RDL structure, forming an encapsulation layer around the semiconductor die on the backside RDL structure, and forming a frontside RDL structure on the semiconductor die and the encapsulation layer.

A plurality of emotion tags of the subject person in the images are analyzed. A plurality of integrated emotion tags in a plurality of predetermined time periods are calculated according to the emotion tags respectively corresponding to the images. A plurality of preferred features are determined according to the integrated emotion tags. A mental index prediction model is established according to the preferred features to predict a mental index according to the emotional index prediction model.
