    Abstract: A layer stack including a first bonding dielectric material layer, a dielectric metal oxide layer, and a second bonding dielectric material layer is formed over a top surface of a substrate including a substrate semiconductor layer. A conductive material layer is formed by depositing a conductive material over the second bonding dielectric material layer. The substrate semiconductor layer is thinned by removing portions of the substrate semiconductor layer that are distal from the layer stack, whereby a remaining portion of the substrate semiconductor layer includes a top semiconductor layer. A semiconductor device may be formed on the top semiconductor layer.

    Abstract: A semiconductor die package includes a high dielectric constant (high-k) dielectric layer over a device region of a first semiconductor die that is bonded with a second semiconductor die in a wafer on wafer (WoW) configuration. A through silicon via (TSV) structure may be formed through the device region. The high-k dielectric layer has an intrinsic negative charge polarity that provides a coupling voltage to modify the electric potential in the device region. In particular, the electron carriers in high-k dielectric layer attracts hole charge carriers in device region, which suppresses trap-assist tunnels that result from surface defects formed during etching of the recess for the TSV structure. Accordingly, the high-k dielectric layer described herein reduces the likelihood of (and/or the magnitude of) current leakage in semiconductor devices that are included in the device region of the first semiconductor die.

    Abstract: A controlling device of a multifunctional lamp, which includes: a spare power supply circuit; a controller connectable to an external power supply circuit and the spare power supply circuit; and a voltage modulation module connected between the controller and a powered end equipment. According to the control of a user and according to whether the external power supply circuit normally supplies power, the controller can automatically judge and choose the power source. The controller includes a central processing unit and a rectifying module connected to the external power supply circuit for respectively sending rectified power to the spare power supply circuit and the voltage modulation module. The central processing unit serves to control the voltage modulation module to or not to supply power for the powered end equipment. The controller is also electrically connectable to an emergency detection system to achieve an emergency detection function.

    Abstract: A multifunctional light which uninterruptedly has illuminating function in both the cases that the civil power is supplied and the civil power is cut off. The multifunctional light includes a lamp, a civil power circuit for providing civil power, a spare circuit for providing spare power, a controller bridged between the lamp, the civil power circuit and the spare circuit and a current stabilizer. According to the control of a user and whether the civil power is supplied, the controller selectively connects the lamp with the civil power circuit or the spare circuit. The controller can be electrically connected to a detection system to also have an emergency detection function.
