  • Patent number: 4973963
Abstract: A plurality of waveguide elements are arranged to form an electromagnetic wave absorbing lattice in opposed relation to the advancing wave surface of the incident electromagnetic wave. Each waveguide element has a front opening on the lattice receptive of a part of the incident electromagnetic wave, a rear end portion spaced rearwardly from the front opening, and an inner peripheral surface portion extending between the front opening and the rear end portion to define a cavity effective to wave-guide the received electromagnetic wave. The inner peripheral surface portion has a given electric resistivity to effect absorption of the received electromagnetic wave during the wave-guiding thereof without substantial reflection thereof.

  • Patent number: 4692881
Abstract: Parts in a desired attitude are selected, by memorizing the standard shape signal of a certain part and comparing the shape signals of supplied parts on the parts feeder with the memorized shape signal. A plurality of light emitting elements provided on the track of the parts feeder detect the shape signal of the parts serially.

  • Patent number: 4569624
Abstract: A linear transfer device for wafery works comprising: a work supporting means provided each in a work supplying station, one or more working stations and a work discharging station, which supports the works in erect positions in front thereof, the stations being linearly arranged with equal distances; a feeding means for axially feeding the work supporting means; a transfer bar capable of moving horizontally and vertically and holding means provided on the transfer bar which are adapted to face to the stations and have a pair of supporting grooves in order to support the work in an erect position, characterized in that the delivery or reception of the work supported by each work supporting means or each holding means can be made only by the vertical movement of the transfer bar relatively to each station and that the work supporting means can locate at the retreated positions in order to prevent from interfering with the holding means when the transfer bar is in movement.
