  • Patent number: 10226725
Abstract: A rotor separates oil mist from a target gas. This rotor includes a separation disk group having separation disks including a plurality of truncated cone shape plate members layered. The separation disk group includes a first space (hollow part with attachment opening) and a second space (gaps between separation disks), the first space formed on a rotation center side of the rotor and the second space formed between separation disks that are laid over and in communication with the first space. The first space contains an oil introducing portion (gap between the upper end of the spindle and the upper side sealing member). Target gas is introduced into the first space, target gas and oil introduced from the oil introducing portion are made to flow from the first space to the second space to be discharged outward from an outer peripheral edge of the separation disk group, while rotating the rotor.

  • Publication number: 20160375387
Abstract: An oil separator includes: a plurality of separation disks, rotatable together with a spindle, that are laminated in the spindle; a nozzle that injects oil to rotate the spindle; a lower case that includes a tubular member and a communication tube portion, the tubular member configured to introduce blow-by gas, the communication tube portion configured to discharge separated oil; an upper case, mounted to the lower case from above, forms a chamber; and a partition member that partitions the chamber into a lower chamber and an upper chamber, that forms a communication port around the spindle at a height between the nozzle and the separation disks, the communication port guiding the blow-by gas. The tubular member includes an introduction inlet and outlet for blow-by gas, the introduction inlet located outside of the lower case, the introduction outlet located in a proximity of a lower side of the nozzle.

  • Patent number: 8844611
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a plate stacking type heat exchanger including plates having a small longitudinal dimension. In a plate stacking type heat exchanger 100 according to the present invention, an inlet port for low temperature fluid 59a and an outlet port for low temperature fluid 59b are provided on one end side in the longitudinal direction of a plate (left side in FIG. 1). A partition part formed of partition members 10a and 10b is formed in each low temperature fluid compartment 60. The low temperature fluid flows each of the low temperature fluid compartments 60 along a U-turn path that is not short in length.

  • Patent number: 5900140
Abstract: In a fuel filter module for introducing fuel from a fuel inlet into a casing and for removing foreign matter from the fuel by passing the fuel through a fuel member and for discharging the fuel through a fuel outlet to the outside of the casing, and the casing is formed to have a D-shaped cross section. With this construction, the outer diameter of the casing is not increased even when an accessory is assembled on the outside plane wall of the D-shaped casing. The casing accommodates a filter member of C-shaped cross section. The center of a C-shaped sealing member provided for sealing the upper edge of the filter member is offset from the center of the casing. By thus offsetting, sufficient areas for fuel inlet and outlet can be ensured without increasing the size of the casing.
