Patent number: 8063690Abstract: The invention provides a level shift circuit that prevents an offset when the supply voltage changes. A level shift circuit has a differential amplification circuit, a current generation circuit, a capacitor and a holding circuit. An input signal from the optical pickup is inputted to the non-inversion input terminal of the differential amplification circuit. First, by turning on a first switch, a feedback loop is formed by the differential amplification circuit, the current generation circuit and the capacitor to perform a level shift, and the voltage charged in the capacitor is held by the holding circuit. Then by turning off the first switch and turning on a second switch, the voltage held by the holding circuit is applied to the non-inversion input terminal of the differential amplification circuit to perform a level shift.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2010Date of Patent: November 22, 2011Assignees: SANYO Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Semiconductor Components Industries, LLCInventors: Tsuyoshi Yoshimura, Taichiro Kawai

Patent number: 5250939Abstract: A drive apparatus for an optical element array includes a counter counting clock pulses and being periodically reset at a horizontal scanning period. The counter outputs first and second counter signals out of phase with each other. A latch holds a pixel-corresponding segment of an input image signal. One of clock signals out of phase with each other is selected in response to the pixel-corresponding input-signal segment held by the latch. A first comparator compares the first counter signal and the pixel-corresponding input-signal segment held by the latch, and outputs a first identity signal when the first counter signal and the pixel-corresponding input-signal segment are equal to each other. A second comparator compares the second counter signal and the pixel-corresponding input-signal segment held by the latch, and outputs a second identity signal when the second counter signal and the pixel-corresponding input-signal segment are equal to each other.Type: GrantFiled: November 5, 1991Date of Patent: October 5, 1993Assignee: Victor Company of Japan, Ltd.Inventors: Itsuo Takanashi, Shintaro Nakagaki, Ichiro Negishi, Tetsuji Suzuki, Fujiko Tatsumi, Ryusaku Takahashi, Keiichi Maeno, Tsuyoshi Yoshimura

Patent number: 4740844Abstract: A method of applying magnification changing processing to an image in a digital copier or the like. The processing consists of subprocessing which is effected by operating optics of a scanner, and subprocessing which is effected by space filter processing of the kind using a threshold matrix. When digital video data read by the scanner on a pixel basis and quantized with respect to multiple levels are to be binarized by the space filter processing, the size of the threshold matrix is changed to roughly change the magnification. A delicate change of magnification is performed by the operation of the optics while the scanner reads the image.Type: GrantFiled: April 9, 1986Date of Patent: April 26, 1988Assignee: Ricoh Company, Ltd.Inventor: Tsuyoshi Yoshimura
