  • Patent number: 7992224
Abstract: The present invention is aimed to provide a crown for waterproof cap. The crown (20) consists of six panels (21˜26), inside the crown there are diagonal seams (27) intersected. These seams can be sealed by stickers (41˜43) contain thermoplastic membrane (40). Whereby the seams are connected with panels (21˜26) to achieve waterproof effects. In manufacturing, high frequency circular wheel cuts and melts between panels (21˜26), leftovers cut off and thrown out, piled sides of panels are welded to form a seam (27). Stickers contain thermoplastic membrane can be heated inside the crown between two adjacent panels, where a roller rolls over to press down the sticker to cover up the seams. Thereby, a crown is completed.

  • Publication number: 20080216210
Abstract: A logo attached to a flexible band can be discerned by customers is provided by the present invention to improve the defects of the conventional flexible cap bands, which could not be furnished with a logo. The flexible band 10 includes water absorbent uniaxial stretchable sweat band 20 and a logo 40 to be displayed attached to an inflexible band 30. Two lateral ends 31,32 of the inflexible band 30 stitched together with two lateral ends 21,22 of the sweat band 20 to form a flexible cap band 10 fit together to the inner side of the crown 50. A bottom edge of the sweat band 20 is stitched to a brim 51 of a crown 50 by stitching. Said inflexible band 30 has a length A incorporated into a full length B of the flexible band 10, a proportion of A to B is in the rang 1/6˜1/10.

  • Publication number: 20080110210
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a cap visor, once the visor is bent, a fixed pattern curve can be kept constant unless an outer force is applied thereto. Visor formed with a fixed pattern curve will not restore to the original shape automatically. For assuming a fixed pattern given by the bent visor is composed of a multiaxial warp knit fabric (MWK) 11 clad in a cloth 12, for example, each of a plurality of warps 11a is extended across and downward each of a plurality of wefts 11b to form a MWK 11. For example, the warp 11a is flexibly bent to form a fixed pattern curve; the weft 11b is allowed pliably and toughly extendable relative to the warp 11a. The warp is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) filament thread, the weft is made of nylon filament thread.

  • Publication number: 20080098502
Abstract: A flexible bill includes a plurality of flexible line segments disposed inside the bill to keep a fashioned curve according to the line segments influenced by an outer force. The bill 1 is combined to a crown 2 to form a cap by stitching a rear fringe of the bill to a front fringe of the crown 2. Said bill 1 includes a lining 13 made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) clothed by twill 11. At least, three flexible line segments 12 are disposed between the EVA lining 13 and the twill 11. Flexible line segments are arrayed side to side in parallel to the bill equidistantly. They can be disposed above or below the bill 1. The flexible line segments 12 are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE).
