    Abstract: Provided are a memory device and a method of forming the same. The memory device includes: a selector; a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) structure, disposed on the selector; a spin orbit torque (SOT) layer, disposed between the selector and the MTJ structure, wherein the SOT layer has a sidewall aligned with a sidewall of the selector; a transistor, wherein the transistor has a drain electrically coupled to the MTJ structure; a word line, electrically coupled to a gate of the transistor; a bit line, electrically coupled to the SOT layer; a first source line, electrically coupled to a source of the transistor; and a second source line, electrically coupled to the selector, wherein the transistor is configured to control a write signal flowing between the bit line and the second source line, and control a read signal flowing between the bit line and the first source line.

    Abstract: An advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) site survey system is provided. The AMI site survey system includes a gateway simulation equipment and a smart meter simulation equipment. The gateway simulation equipment communicates with a server via a WAN communication protocol, and communicates with the smart meter simulation equipment via a LAN communication protocol. The smart meter simulation equipment sends a piece of power simulation information, and transmits the power simulation information to the gateway simulation equipment based on the LAN communication protocol. The gateway simulation equipment transmits the power simulation information to the server based on the WAN communication protocol so that the server records a network transmission status of the transmission of the power simulation information via the WAN communication protocol and the LAN communication protocol.

The pivot rod includes a rod body pivotally received in the engaging groove and a protrusion protruding from the rod body. The plug prongs are respectively secured in position when respectively protruding out of the receptacles via detachable engagement of the protrusion with and detachable abutment of the rod body against the flexible arm unit.

    Abstract: A wireless earphone includes a speaker, a circuit unit, a lower and an upper case enclosing the speaker and the circuit unit between them, a guiding unit mounted on a top of the upper case, and a sliding unit movably mounted on the guiding unit. The sliding unit is provided with a microphone. When a push button on a top of the sliding unit is depressed, the sliding unit automatically slides along the guiding unit to project from a front end of the upper case and actuates the communication system of the earphone. When the sliding unit retracts to the position on the top of the upper case, the communication is disconnected.
