Abstract: In a damping force adjusting structure of a hydraulic shock absorber in which a part of an oil liquid is introduced to a back pressure chamber provided in a back surface side of a damping valve from a back pressure introduction path, a pressure within the back pressure chamber is leaked from a leak path, and a damping force can be adjusted by controlling a valve opening pressure of the damping valve by controlling the pressure in the back pressure chamber. A leaf valve with slit is provided in the back pressure introduction path, and a slit provided in the leaf valve with slit is formed as an introduction side orifice.

A lighting circuit case that houses the lighting circuit assembly is integrally disposed on the lamp body with a connecting portion in between, the lighting circuit case is provided on the side of the lamp body, and the connecting portion is in a shape of a lateral U in vertical cross-section so as to allow the power feeding connector to pass through.

Abstract: A resin-made vehicular lighting unit having protruding portions is formed in a mold apparatus. The mold apparatus includes first and second molds which are used to form a cavity for resin-molding the vehicular lighting unit. Recessed portions are formed in the first mold and are used to form the protruding portions on a front surface side of the vehicular lighting unit. The second mold includes projecting members, each of which correspond to the recessed portions of the first mold.

Abstract: A vehicular lighting unit, free from weld lines and "sink marks", in a lens having aiming pads, including recessed parts, provided in the backs of the aiming pads. The recessed parts are made similar in outer configuration to the aiming pads by providing a uniform thickness of the aiming pads, formed on a lens, which protrude from the lens along the surface configuration. Two molds are provided, with a recessed portion, and a projection, respectively, and the recessed portion is supplied with a through-hole, with an insert pin passed therethrough, so as to prevent disturbances in the flow of resin in the aiming pad, trapping of air, an increase in wall-thickness and generation of weld lines and "sink marks.
