Abstract: A method and apparatus provide equal energy codebooks for coupled antennas with transmission lines. A plurality of precoders can be received from a codebook in a transmitter having an antenna array. Each precoder of the plurality of precoders can be transformed to a transformed precoder such that the transmit power for each transformed precoder is equal to the transmit power for each of other transformed precoders of the plurality of precoders. The transmit power can be expressed as a quadratic form with respect to the corresponding precoder. The quadratic form can be based on a transmission line impedance of a transmission line between a signal source and the antenna array. A signal can be received from the signal source. A transformed precoder of the plurality of transformed precoders can be applied to the signal to generate a precoded signal for transmission over a physical channel. The precoded signal can be transmitted.

Abstract: A critical environment monitoring system including a sensor array structured to provide sensor data indicative of temperature, pressure, and humidity in an interior space, and one or more processing circuits comprising one or more memory devices coupled to one or more processors that provides a graphical user interface displaying a compliance standard temperature received from a standard setting body and a temperature value, a compliance standard pressure received from the standard setting body and a pressure value, and a compliance standard humidity received from the standard setting body and a humidity value. The processing circuit also generates an alert in response to one of the temperature value being outside the compliance standard temperature, the pressure value being outside the compliance standard pressure, or the humidity value being outside the compliance standard humidity, records criticality information, and receives a log of actions taken.

One apparatus includes a transceiver that receives a set of reference signals transmitted from a base station and a processor that transforms the set of reference signals to obtain per-layer vectors of amplitude and phase coefficients of a DFT-compressed codebook. Here, each amplitude coefficient vector and phase coefficient vector corresponding to a tap in at least one identified beam. The processor calculates a subset of the taps for the at least one identified beam and controls the transceiver to transmit CSI feedback including the calculated taps to the base station, where each tap is an inverse Fourier transform of rows of time-domain coefficient vectors and where the CSI feedback includes an indication of one or more elements of the vectors of amplitude coefficient vectors and phase coefficient vectors corresponding to the at least one identified beam.

Abstract: An ice making assembly includes an ice mold defining a mold cavity and a refrigeration loop having an evaporator assembly in thermal communication with the ice mold. A compressor is operably coupled to the refrigeration loop for circulating a flow of refrigerant through the refrigerant loop to cool the evaporator assembly and the ice mold. The evaporator assembly includes a primary evaporator tube and a thermal enhancement structure, such as internal tubes and/or copper foam, placed therein to increase the refrigerant side surface area. The primary evaporator tube is deformed into a non-circular cross sectional shape and soldered or brazed onto a top wall of the ice mold.
