Abstract: Building materials described herein include a structure having a substrate and a coating formed on the substrate. In one embodiment, the coating may include a mixture or rubber in urethane. For example, in one embodiment, mixture may include approximately 8% to approximately 12% by weight of urethane, approximately 2% to approximately 5% by weight of water, and approximately 81% to approximately 90% by weight of rubber. In some embodiments, the mixture may include a colorant, a fire retardant, and/or an ultraviolet (UV) inhibitor.

Abstract: A rotating head assembly includes a body, an implement, a clamp assembly, a drive member, a hydraulic motor, and a bypass circuit. The drive member is threadingly connected to a first clamp member and a second clamp member. The hydraulic motor is connected to the drive member to cause the drive member to rotate in a selected direction. An inlet of the bypass circuit is in fluid communication with an inlet of the hydraulic motor to receive a portion of the pressurized hydraulic fluid passing to the hydraulic motor. An outlet of the bypass circuit is in fluid communication with the outlet of the hydraulic motor. At least one bypass valve is interposed between the inlet of the bypass circuit and the outlet of the bypass circuit. The bypass valve has an actuator positioned adjacent one of the first clamp member and the second clamp.

Abstract: An actuation system for a drill rig, the drill rig having a rig floor, a rotating control device positioned below the rig floor, and a water line in fluid communication with the rotating control device, is provided for management of the flow of water from the water line to the rotating control device from above the rig floor. The actuation system includes a controller positioned above the rig floor, a control valve, and a communication line. The control valve is positioned between the water line and the rotating control device. The control valve is moveable between an open and a closed position. The communication line provides communication between the controller and the control valve so that the control valve manages the flow of water from the water line to the rotating control device.
