  • Publication number: 20240096734
Abstract: A semiconductor device module may include a leadframe spacer that provides the functions of both a leadframe and a spacer, while enabling a double-sided cooling configuration. Such a leadframe spacer may include a leadframe surface that provides a die attach pad (DAP) that is shared by at least two semiconductor devices. The leadframe spacer may include at least one downset, where the semiconductor devices may be attached within a recess defined by the at least one downset. A first substrate may be connected to a first side of the leadframe. A second substrate may be connected to downset surfaces of the at least one downset, and positioned for further connection to the semiconductor devices in a double-sided assembly.

  • Patent number: 7160315
Abstract: A thermal therapy device mainly contains a handle member, a burning member, and an ashes storage member, cascaded together into a rod-like heat source suitable for hand gripping. A ventilating section is configured between the handle member and the burning member surrounded by an anti-leaking ring. A supporting member is installed inside the burning member to hold a fuel bar. A portion of heat produced by the burning of the fuel bar radiates to the wall of the burning member while another portion of the heat is stored in a heat storage element of the supporting member surround by a thicker wall of the burning member so that the heat could be maintained for an extended period of time. The ashes storage member is at the bottom of the device to collect the ashes from the burning of the fuel bar. The ashes storage member has an axial through hole for smooth air circulation.

  • Patent number: 7097655
Abstract: An electric heat therapy instrument has an electric ampere controller 1 connected by two outside electric wires 2 to a 110-v electric outlet. The handle tube 3 is joined in its inferior extreme to a heating tube 9. A 110-v, 20-w bulb 6 is putting on the bulb socket 5 inside of the heating tube 9. To conserve the heating tube 9 temperature level and avoid the heat expansion to the handle tube 3, I invent a technique to cut the expansion of the heat in a metal material, it consists in making horizontal and round holes 7 around the top of the heating tube 9.
