Publication number: 20240097067Abstract: A manufacturing method of an electronic element module is provided. The method includes: disposing a plurality of first micro-light-emitting diodes on a first temporary substrate; and replacing at least one defective micro-light-emitting diode of the first micro-light-emitting diodes with at least one second micro-light-emitting diode. The first micro-light-emitting diodes and at least one second micro-light-emitting diode are distributed on the first temporary substrate. The first micro-light-emitting diodes and at least one second micro-light-emitting diode have same properties, and at least one of the appearance difference, the height difference and the orientation difference exists between the first micro-light-emitting diodes and at least one second micro-light-emitting diode. A semiconductor structure and a display panel are also provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 4, 2023Publication date: March 21, 2024Applicant: PlayNitride Display Co., Ltd.Inventors: Bo-Wei Wu, Yu-Yun Lo, Chien-Chen Kuo, Chang-Feng Tsai, Tzu-Yang Lin

Publication number: 20180166715Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel cell system and a startup and shutdown method therefor for avoiding carbon corrosion. The fuel cell system includes at least one fuel cell reaction module with at least one anode chamber to contain an anode reaction fluid. The method includes steps of: (a) executing a shutdown mode, (b) conducting and connecting a first load to the fuel cell reaction module so as to consume the anode reaction fluid remained in the anode chamber, (c) providing a buffer fluid to the anode chamber and disconnecting the first load from the anode chamber; (d) maintaining the fuel cell system shutdown, (e) executing a startup mode, (f) providing the anode reaction fluid to the anode chamber, and (g) conducting and connecting a second load to the fuel cell reaction module and maintaining the fuel cell system operated continuously.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 12, 2017Publication date: June 14, 2018Inventors: Jefferson YS Yang, Fang-Bor Weng, Chih-Kai Cheng, Tzu-Wei Kuo

Patent number: 8978919Abstract: A gas storage cartridge includes a sealed cartridge unit for storing a gas storage material. The gas storage cartridge is defined by a first slab, a peripheral wall, and a second slab. At least one gas-guiding channel is accommodated within a receptacle of the gas storage cartridge. The first slab has a first gas inlet/outlet port and the second slab has a second gas inlet/outlet port aligned with the gas-guiding channel. Consequently, a gas is guided into the receptacle through the gas-guiding channel to be adsorbed by the gas storage material within the receptacle of the gas storage cartridge. Alternatively, the gas released from the gas storage material can be guided to the first gas inlet/outlet port and the second gas inlet/outlet port through the gas-guiding channel.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 2011Date of Patent: March 17, 2015Assignee: Asia Pacific Fuel Cell Technologies, Ltd.Inventors: Jefferson YS Yang, Cheng-Ham Liao, Feng-Hsiang Hsiao, Tzu-Wei Kuo

Patent number: 8646597Abstract: A gas storage canister includes a canister body, at least one supporting plate, at least one gas-guiding rod, and at least one compartment structure. The canister body has a bottom end, an outlet opposed to the bottom end, and an inner space. The bottom end and the outlet are arranged along a long axis direction. The supporting plate is accommodated within the inner space along the long axis direction. The supporting plate has at least one communication part. The gas-guiding rod is penetrated through the communication part of the supporting plate. The gas-guiding rod has at least one gas inlet/outlet end for guiding a gas. The compartment structure includes a plurality of compartments. The compartment structure and the supporting plate are accommodated within the inner space of the canister body. Each of the compartments stores a predetermined amount of gas storage material.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 2011Date of Patent: February 11, 2014Assignee: Asia Pacific Fuel Cell Technologies, Ltd.Inventors: Jefferson Y S Yang, Cheng-Ham Liao, Feng-Hsiang Hsiao, Tzu-Wei Kuo
