  • Patent number: 7054351
Abstract: In order to control memory accesses in RAKE receivers having early-late tracking in telecommunications systems with wire-free telecommunication between mobile and/or stationary transmitters/receivers, in particular in third-generation mobile radio systems, such that the number of memory accesses is less than with previous known methods, data which is received in the RAKE receiver and is read by an early finger in the early-late tracking is buffer-stored and is passed on one read cycle later to a late finger for reading by the same in the early-late tracking.

  • Patent number: 6526428
Abstract: A method and apparatus determines interpolated intermediated values of a sampled signal. In order to determine interpolated intermediate values of a sampled signal, such as a digital mobile radio signal, the parameters a, b and c of the second-order polynomial y=ax2+bx+c are determined starting from three known sample values (x1, y1), (x2, y2) and (x3, y3), so that intermediate values can be calculated using the polynomial. Here it is assumed that the signal is sampled at constant intervals, in particular at intervals normalized to d=1, and the center sample value is assigned to the sampling instant x2=0, by which, a calculation can be carried out with low hardware complexity.

  • Patent number: 6187941
Abstract: A process for the preparation of oxazaphosphorine-2-amines of the formula (I) described by the reaction scheme in which R1 is H, 2-bromoethyl, 2-chloroethyl, 2-hydroxyethyl, 2-mesyloxyethyl or 1-phenylethyl; R2 is H or 2-chloroethyl; R3 is H, 2-bromoethyl, 2-chloroethyl or 1-phenylethyl; and R4 is H; or R1 and R2, and also R3 and R4, together with the linked N atom, form an aziridide ring, where R1, R2 and R3 are not simultaneously H, and R1 and R3 are not simultaneously 1-phenylethyl; and Y, which is optionally present, is hydrogen chloride or hydrogen bromide. The reaction is carried out in a single vessel with phosphoryl chloride and an auxiliary base as an acid-binding agent with minimization of the effect of water and without isolation of an intermediate compound.
