  • Patent number: 7264129
Abstract: The invention relates to a device dedicated for slewing a crane column, which device comprises a fastenable crane base formed by a house which is open at the top and at the bottom and in which a lower tubular part of the crane column is rotatably journalled by means of a number of bearings, which have the abilities of absorbing the bending moment as well as the axial and-/or transversal forces. A power source is connected to the crane column via a power slewing in order to provide for a powered rotation of the crane column around a vertical axis of rotation. Characterizing for the invention is that the power transmission comprises an eccentric gear, which is integrated with the house by being seated in an annular space between the outside of the crane column and the inside of the house.

  • Publication number: 20060264293
Abstract: A device for conveying oscillating axial motions to a roller being rotatable around a geometrical main axis of rotation, includes a reduction gear that is connectable to the roller and connected to a transmission member being moveable axially to-and-fro and to a rotor being rotatably journalled in a holder, around a secondary axis of rotation (S) via a hinge radially spaced from the main axis of rotation, the hinge being planetary moveable in a path, whose angle relative to the main axis of rotation determines the axial length of stroke of the transmission member and of the roller. The reduction gear and transmission member are housed in a housing that has a fixed wall shell and a casing serving as holder for the rotor, the casing being turnable relative to the wall shell to provide readjustment of the axial length of stroke of the roller.

  • Publication number: 20050011848
Abstract: The invention relates to a device dedicated for slewing a crane column (2), which device comprises a fastenable crane base formed by a house (1), which is open at the top and at the bottom and in which a lower tubular part of the crane column (2) is rotatably journalled by means of a number of bearings (7, 8, 9), which have the abilities of absorbing the bending moment as well as the axial and-/or transversal forces, a power source (21) being connected to the crane column (2) via a power slewing in order to provide for a powered rotation of the crane column (2) around a vertical axis of rotation (C). Characterizing for the invention is that the power transmission comprises an eccentric gear (10), which is integrated with the house (1) by being seated in an annular space (6) between the outside of the crane column (2) and the inside of the house (1).

  • Patent number: 6743137
Abstract: An eccentric gear for providing a speed difference between two machine elements which are rotatably journalled in relation to a reference member and individually rotatable around a symmetry axis. The gear includes two pairs of co-operating gear rims, one of which in each pair is eccentric in relation to the axis and one of which is in the form of a male gear rim with out-turned teeth, and the other one is a female gear rim with in-turned teeth. One of the gear rims in each pair is rigidly connected to a homologous gear rim in the other pair of gear rims and situated along a common axis that is eccentric and oblique in relation to the axis while the other gear rims are rotatable in relation to each other.

  • Publication number: 20030022750
Abstract: The invention relates to an eccentric gear for providing a speed difference between two machine elements (3, 4) which are rotatably journalled in relation to a reference member (2) and individually rotatable around a symmetry axis (C). The gear includes two pairs of co-operating gear rims (6, 7; 8, 9), one of which in each pair is eccentric in relation to the symmetry axis (C) and one of which is in the form of a male gear rim (6, 8) formed with out-turned teeth, and the other one (7, 9) is in the form of a female gear rim formed with in-turned teeth, which has a larger diameter than the appurtenant male gear rim (6, 7) in order to enable engagement of only a few of the teeth of the male gear rim in the female gear rim, one of the gear rims being arranged to roll off against the other one. According to the invention, one of the gear rims, e.g.

  • Patent number: 6014907
Abstract: An adjusting device for the fine adjustment of the angle of rotation between two rotary elements (1, 2), which are driving and driven, respectively, comprises first and second gear units (6, 17). The second gear unit (17) comprises two eccentric gear components (20, 20') which are internally connected via a coupling (21) that permits each component separately to perform eccentric translation movements. The sleeve components have external gear rings (22, 22') which cooperate with internal gear rings (23, 23'), that are co-rotatively connected with output and input rotary members (8, 9), respectively, of the first gear unit (6). The external gear ring (22, 22') of the individual eccentric gear component has a smaller diameter and fewer teeth than each internal gear ring (23, 23') and is eccentric relative to the same. By the fact that the second gear unit in one and the same step gives a large gear change, a relative rotary motion of, e.g.
