    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method of spraying an aqueous solution of an agrochemical comprising at least one cellulose ether, wherein the cellulose ether is a methyl hydroxyethyl cellulose (MHEC) polymer. The present invention is also directed to a method for reducing spray drift during the spraying of an aqueous solution. The methods comprise: providing a MHEC polymer; combining the MHEC polymer with at least one agricultural chemical and water to obtain an aqueous solution; and spraying the aqueous solution. Further, the present invention is also directed to a method for providing good resistance to rain wash-off of an agricultural chemical which was deposited onto a surface by spraying.
