Abstract: An exercise regimen tracking and monitoring device includes an electronic data recording device that allows users to manage their exercise regimens in a hands free manner. The device has a hand-held body provided with a display screen having graphical illustrating capabilities. An alpha numeric keypad is included for allowing a user to input and retrieve data. A clip is attached on the casing rear surface, facilitating attachment of the device to the user. A processor and a memory are included and is programmed to allow users to input and instantly recall a workout regimen. A timer is included to track and monitor progress reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. A playback device is also included to encourage users with motivational phrases.
