  • Publication number: 20240100459
Abstract: A filter element (5) for separating solids from liquids or gases is described, wherein the filter element (5) has a first perforated plate (1) and a second perforated plate (2), wherein the two perforated plates (1, 2) are arranged parallel to one another and are covered by a filter covering (3). In this case, the two perforated plates (1, 2) are displaceable in the longitudinal direction relatively to one another from a non-displaced state into a displaced state, and the plates (1, 2) have spacers (4) on the mutually facing inner sides, which spacers are constructed in such a manner that the spacing (D?) between the plates (1, 2) is larger in the displaced state than in the non-displaced state (D), so that the filter covering (3) is tensioned in the displaced state of the plates (1, 2). In addition, at least one latching element (6) is provided, which fixes the plates (1, 2) to one another in the displaced state.

  • Publication number: 20040182162
Abstract: An apparatus for the transmitting of electrical signals and electrical energy for an ultrasonic measuring system with rotatable or swivellable transducer elements includes a housing (31) and a shaft (32), which is rotatably or swivellably arranged relative to the housing. The apparatus additionally includes two coils (36.2, 36.2) and also two halves (35.1, 35.2) of a shell-type core (35), wherein the one coil (36.1) is secured on the housing, and the other coil (36.2) to the shaft (32), and wherein the two coils (36.1, 36.2) and the two shell-type core halves (35.1, 35.2) together form an inductive transmitter.

  • Publication number: 20040158153
Abstract: The ultrasonic probe (1) is provided for a stereoscopic image forming system, which relates to a raster-like recording of data and its electronic processing. The probe includes groups (12) of sound transducers (11), which are arranged inside an elastomeric envelope (10) on a cylindrical carrier, rotatable around a longitudinal axis. The carrier is made up of at least two segments (3, 4). The segments are tiltable relative to one another through a tilting angle, and what is more about a tilting axis, which lies transversely to the longitudinal axis and preferably eccentrically to it. There is a stable positional state, in which the segments adopt a position with alignment in the direction of the longitudinal axis under the influence of a dynamic and/or static resetting force.

  • Publication number: 20030037591
Abstract: The combination of a human medical vessel prosthesis (1) comprising a measuring probe (2) with a transponder, which measuring probe can be anchored to the vessel prosthesis, and allows the function of the vessel prosthesis to be monitored over longer periods of time. Suitable measurement parameters such as pressure values can be detected by the measuring probe (2) and be transmitted in a wireless manner with the aid of the transponder to a transceiver apparatus where they are available for evaluation.

  • Patent number: 6490928
Abstract: A method and apparatus is proposed for judging the friction behavior between two counter-running partners, each of which has a contact surface, with the one contact surface moving along the other contact surface in the operating state. One of the contact surfaces is charged with ultrasonic signals (UI; UW), ultrasonic signals which are reflected by the contact surface are received as echo signals (ES), the echo signals (ES) are supplied to an evaluation unit as received signals, the Doppler shift of the received signals is determined by means of the evaluation unit, and the friction behavior between the counter-running partners is judged by means of the Doppler shift.

  • Publication number: 20010020391
Abstract: A method is proposed for judging the friction behavior between two counter-running partners (2, 3), each of which has a contact surface (21, 31), with the one contact surface (31) moving along the other contact surface (21) in the operating state, comprising the following steps: one of the contact surfaces (31) is charged with ultrasonic signals (UI; UW), ultrasonic signals which are reflected by the contact surface (31) are received as echo signals (ES), the echo signals (ES) are supplied to an evaluation unit (6) as received signals, the Doppler shift of the received signals is determined by means of the evaluation unit (6), and the friction behavior between the counter-running partners (2, 3) is judged by means of the Doppler shift.

  • Patent number: 6155979
Abstract: An ultrasonic measurement apparatus for an image producing ultrasonic system has a carrier body (2) which is rotatable or pivotal about an axis of rotation (A) and a plurality of transducer elements (3) which are arranged on the carrier body (2) for the emission and reception of ultrasonic signals. At least two of the transducer elements (3) are dispacedly arranged relative to one another with respect to the peripheral direction of the carrier body (2) and with respect to the axial direction determined by the axis of rotation (A).

  • Patent number: 5117692
Abstract: In order to measure a layer in the volume of a reflective structure, a transducer matrix emits at least one sonic or ultrasonic wave packet which coherently impinges on the layer. The echo signals at each element of the transducer matrix are processed separately, on the basis of determined distances between transducer elements and volume elements, and signals corresponding to the echo of each volume element on all the transducer elements of the matrix are calculated by correlation. By emitting two or more wave packets and evaluating the resulting phase or frequency difference therebetween, a two-dimensional velocity field of the structure in the layer can also be determined.

  • Patent number: 4854988
Abstract: A container of hardened, fiber-reinforced synthetic resin and high stability is manufactured by forming a wound-up structure on a shaping core born on the shaft of a winding machine together with fittings for the two open container ends, of different size, and being clamped against the two core ends by means of fixing members held in position on the winding shaft during winding. One of the fittings is provided with an annular groove for anchoring the wound-up structure therein. The fixing members and fittings are of such shape that the winding affords a wound-up structure having end openings of equal size so that a geodetic depositing of the wrapped layers is possible. After the structure is hardened, the portion thereof extending beyond the fitting having an opening of larger diameter than that closed by the other fitting is cut off, so that a container closed by the first fitting and open through the second fitting is obtained.
