  • Patent number: 10767394
Abstract: A coupling device for coupling folding elements of a folding device has first and second coupling elements that lock the folding elements relative to each other. The coupling device has a locking device with sliding element whose rearward part, when the second folding element is not closed, is in a rest position in which a locking member of the sliding element engages a locking receptacle of the first coupling element when the coupling elements are latched. In the rest position, the locking member contacts a guiding contour of the second coupling element and unlocking of the locking member from the locking receptacle by pulling on the coupling elements is prevented. When the second folding element is closed, the rearward part of the sliding element contacts the frame causing the locking member to move along the guiding contour out of the locking receptacle; the locking action is released.

  • Patent number: 10711510
Abstract: A fixation device for limiting a gap between a first construction component and a second construction component relative to which the first construction component is movable has first and second fitting parts attached to the first and second construction components, respectively. The first fitting part has a fixation projection with first end and opposed second end. The first end is pivotable about a fixation axis fixed at the first construction component. The fixation projection is pretensioned so as to pivot the second end away from the first construction component. The second fitting part has a guiding surface and a holding element. Fixation projection and guiding surface interact such that, when the construction parts are moved toward each other, the second end glides along the guiding surface toward the holding element and catches therein. A folding device of construction components is provided with such fixation devices.

Abstract: An insulating body for multi-shell construction elements for spacing apart and thermally separating at least two profiled section elements relative to each other has a base member with a first side and a second side opposite the first side. Fastening projections are arranged on the first and second sides of the base member and secure the insulating body in receptacles of the profiled section elements. At least the first side has two of the fastening projections. The base member has a hollow chamber with an inner guiding contour for receiving and guiding fitting parts. • Patent number: 10415282
Abstract: A hinge arrangement for detachably connecting construction elements that are to be pivotably connected to each other is provided with an axial pin with a first end provided with a collar wider than the pin body. A first hinge part with a first bushing is to be connected to a first construction component. A second hinge part with a second bushing is to be connected to a second construction component. The first and second hinge parts are connected pivotably to each other by the axial pin extending through the first and second bushings. The axial pin has a recess. The first hinge part has a fixation element extending into the first bushing and slidable transverse to a longitudinal extension of the axial pin. The fixation element has a projection projecting in a connected state of the first and second construction elements into the recess of the axial pin.

  • Patent number: 6997230
Abstract: A folding device as a room divider or room closure has at least one wing chain of interconnected wings that upon opening of the folding device are folded against one another. One wing side has guide elements providing pivot axes received in guide rails such that the wings are slidably guided. One wing is an opening wing connected only to a single neighboring wing and has a free wing edge guided in the guide rails. At least one guide rail has a stop across which the wings cannot move. The free wing edge has a profiled strip at a side facing the stop. The profiled strip projects past the pivot axis of the guide element provided at the free wing edge and has a slanted portion facing the stop and slanted in a direction toward the free wing edge. The slanted portion extends at least across the stop height.
