Said assembly has a clamping ring (2) axially slidable and lockable on the piston rod, comprising, in one region of its external periphery, a threaded portion. Said assembly also comprises a threaded ring (3) which can be screwed on the threaded portion of the clamping ring and whereof the side facing the cylinder serves as stop thereon.
