Patent number: 11770340Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a host processor at a user equipment (UE) may packetize data for uplink transmissions from the UE and provide packets to a wireless modem of the UE for uplink transmission. The host processor may provide multiplexing and aggregation headers for the packets that include a prioritization indication, and the wireless modem may order the data packets for transmission based at least in part on the prioritization indication. In some cases, a priority for each packet is indicated in a priority field of a corresponding multiplexing and aggregation header. The wireless modem may transmit the data packets based on the ordering, to provide higher priority packets ahead of lower priority packets to a receiver. Additionally, data packets may be further ordered based on tuple information associated with the data packets.Type: GrantFiled: November 19, 2020Date of Patent: September 26, 2023Assignee: QUALCOMM IncorporatedInventors: Alok Mitra, Sitaramanjaneyulu Kanamarlapudi, Vaibhav Kumar, Vamsi Dokku

Publication number: 20230297435Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for dynamically adjusting a throttling threshold in a multi-tenant virtualized computing environment. System health parameters are collected during a predetermined time interval. A system health status of the multi-tenant virtualized computing environment is determined. Based on the system health status, a throttling threshold for service requests for the multi-tenant virtualized computing environment is determined. The throttling threshold is applied for further service requests. During a subsequent time interval, an updated system health status of the multi-tenant virtualized computing environment is determined based on system health parameters received during the subsequent time interval. The throttling threshold is updated based on the updated system health status. The updated throttling threshold is applied for further service requests.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 7, 2023Publication date: September 21, 2023Inventors: Deepak BANSAL, Vaibhav KUMAR, Xin YAN

Generating a platform-agnostic data pipeline via a low code transformation layer systems and methods
Patent number: 11733984Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a platform-agnostic data pipeline via a low code transformation layer are disclosed. The system receives one or more user selections of (i) nodes and (ii) links linking the nodes, indicating a data pipeline architecture of transfer/management/flow of data via a GUI. In response to receiving a user selection to implement the data pipeline, the system automatically identifies/generates a set of code portions, based on one or more software objects (e.g., JSON objects) associated with the user selections indicating the data pipeline architecture. The system then identifies a platform identifier associated with a remote server and generates a set of executable instructions (e.g., a script, executable program, or other file) associated with the data pipeline architecture by using a transformation component. The system then provides the executable instructions to the remote server to host the data pipeline.Type: GrantFiled: March 21, 2023Date of Patent: August 22, 2023Assignee: Citibank, N.A.Inventors: Vaibhav Kumar, Ashutosh Pandey, Tanujit Ghosh -
Patent number: 11736367Abstract: A method of generating a network topology map in a datacenter comprising a network manager server and a set of host machines is provided. Each host machine hosts a set of data compute nodes (DCNs). The method receives information regarding the configuration of each of a set of logical networks from the network manager server. Each logical network is connected to several DCNs. The method identifies logical connections configured between the DCNs using the configuration of the overlay networks. The method generates a network topology map based on the identified logical configuration. The network topology identifies the DCNs that are connected to each overlay network. The method displays the network topology map on a graphical user interface.Type: GrantFiled: December 27, 2021Date of Patent: August 22, 2023Assignee: NICIRA, INC.Inventors: Aditya G. Publication number: 20220318128Abstract: A sample ratio mismatch (SRM) analyzer receives data from an online controlled experiment (OCE) and provides information to help determine a root cause of an SRM. The SRM analyzer may identify one or more segments in the data that include an SRM and may determine whether a triggered scorecard of the OCE includes an SRM. The data may include one or more scorecards. The SRM analyzer may determine whether each scorecard has an SRM. The SRM analyzer may test a difference in proportion of users assigned to treatment between a last scorecard without an SRM and a first scorecard with an SRM. If the difference in proportion is statistically meaningful, the SRM analyzer may determine that the SRM arose after the last scorecard. If the difference in proportions is not statistically meaningful, the SRM analyzer may determine that the SRM existed from a beginning of the OCE.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 1, 2021Publication date: October 6, 2022Inventors: Aleksander FABIJAN, Trevor Craig BLANARIK, Kewei CHEN, Ruhan ZHANG, Adam Marc GUSTAFSON, Venkata Kavitha BUDUMURI, Stephen James HUNT, Maxwell Campbell CAUGHRON, Vaibhav Kumar BAJPAI

Patent number: RE49591Abstract: Aspects disclosed in the detailed description include power saving techniques in computing devices. In particular, as data is received by a modem processor in a computing device, the data is held until the expiration of a modem timer. The data is then passed to an application processor in the computing device over a peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe) interconnectivity bus. On receipt of the data from the modem processor, the application processor sends data held by the application processor to the modem processor over the PCIe interconnectivity bus. The application processor also has an uplink timer. If no data is received from the modem processor before expiration of the uplink timer, the application processor sends any collected data to the modem processor at expiration of the uplink timer. However, if data is received from the modem processor, the uplink timer is reset.Type: GrantFiled: July 28, 2021Date of Patent: July 25, 2023Assignee: QUALCOMM IncorporatedInventors: Vinod Harimohan Kaushik, Uppinder Singh Babbar, Andrei Danaila, Neven Klacar, Muralidhar Coimbatore Krishnamoorthy, Arunn Coimbatore Krishnamurthy, Vaibhav Kumar, Vanitha Aravamudhan Kumar, Shailesh Maheshwari, Alok Mitra, Roshan Thomas Pius, Hariharan Sukumar
