    Abstract: One general aspect includes a system to provide charge to a portable electronic device under an Extended Power Profile (EPP), the system including: a memory configured to include a program and a processor configured to execute the program, where the program enables the processor to: determine whether the portable electronic device can support wireless charging; if the portable electronic device can support wireless charging, determine whether the portable electronic device can support being charged under the EPP; and if the portable electronic device can support being charged under the EPP, provide charge under the EPP to the portable electronic device.
