In one embodiment, the apparatus includes memory including computer program code configured to, with a processor, cause the apparatus to receive a provisioning request from a communication node of the first service provider to register the application with the server, provide another provisioning request to register the application with a communication node of the second service provider, and provide an application request to employ the resources of the communication node of the second service provider to perform the application.
