The flat, elongated base of the therapeutic cushion is positioned on a surface of mattresses, sofas, and seats. When a user utilizes the therapeutic cushion in the supine position, the rounded arc elevates the lumbar spine, thus providing support for the lumbar area. The two semicircles serve to provide support for the sacroiliac joint and upper lumbar area.
