Abstract: A machine (1) for making and dispensing iced food products such as granitas, sorbets and the like, comprises at least one tank (3) for containing and processing the product to be dispensed, a tap (4) comprising a pipe (8) for dispensing the iced product and mounted on the wall (6), a control unit (13) for mounting a plug (11) used to open and close the pipe (8). Means are provided for disengaging the control unit (13) from the wall (6) to allow the pipe (8) and the component parts of the control unit (13) itself to be cleaned and washed.

Abstract: A machine for making and dispensing frozen food products such as crushed-ice drinks, sorbets and the like comprises a tank (3) for containing and processing the product to be dispensed, a dispensing tap (4) located close to the bottom of the tank (3), a motor-driven mixer element (11) and an evaporator (12) of a refrigerating circuit, the latter two items being housed inside the tank (3); the tank (3) has a lower chamber (5) and an upper chamber (7) which are separated from each other by a bottom wall (19) of the upper chamber (7); the lower chamber (5) houses the mixer element (11) and the evaporator (12), whilst the upper chamber (7) forms a well communicating with the lower chamber (5) so as to feed the latter; the substantially cylindrical lower chamber (5) is delimited by a wall (8) having at least one longitudinal rib (26) extending towards the inside of the lower chamber (5) and located in a position opposite and close to the unit consisting of the mixer element (11) and evaporator (12) assembly.

Abstract: A dispensing device (1) for a dispensing machine to supply liquid food products that have a high degree of viscosity such as dairy products in which the product is stored in a container that has an outlet tube in order to be connected to the dispensing device (1), that is fitted with geared motor (3) on the inside from which a motor shaft (4) protrudes and which is fitted to a rotating roller (5) that has a multitude of “idler roller” (6) separated from each other but connected to said roller (5), and a space between the “idler roller” and the external body (2) having been provided, in such a way that the outlet pipe (13) passes through the space between the “idler roller” and the external body (2), in such a way that in its working position the roller (5) turns supplying the product by means of impulses, whilst in its rest position the outlet tube (13) is held tightly by applying pressure of the idler rollers (6) against it.

Abstract: A sealing device for ice drink dispenser machines, with an evaporator (1) arranged horizontally with a drive shaft (4) to transfer the movement to a rotating scraper blade (3), with a self lubricating bush (5) fitted to the vertical side of the evaporator (1) and together with the drive shaft (4), and a water tight seal (6) that wraps around said bush (5) and where the base in contact with the evaporator (1) is smooth, and having an internally directed perimeter rim (6A) that is in contact with the internal side wall of the bush (5).

Abstract: A machine for dispensing liquid or semi-liquid food products comprises a tank for containing a product to be dispensed and a dispenser tap formed by a guide pipe in communication with the tank, by means of an opening located on a side portion of the pipe, and a plunger axially mobile in the pipe, for opening or closing the opening. The plunger is fitted with ring-shaped seals distanced from one another along a longitudinal axis of the plunger, to provide a hydraulic seal towards the outside of the tank, and auxiliary seals each extending between the ring-shaped seals. The auxiliary seals, together with the ring-shaped seals, a side surface of the plunger and an inner surface of the guide pipe located on the opposite side to the opening, delimit a chamber, sealed so as to prevent penetration by and stagnation of the product in zones where it cannot be kept in the conditions suitable for its preservation.

Abstract: An improved granulator-dispenser apparatus including: an evaporator having a hollow, semicylindrical shell with a casing for an expanding refrigerating gas; a rear bracket fastened to the casing for housing a motor having a spin axle coupled to a transmission shaft provided with an arch-shaped blade for scraping an inside wall of the evaporator and pushing forward granulated product; a spiral scraper for scraping an outside wall of the evaporator and for mixing and conveying granulated product toward a discharge orifice, wherein the spiral scraper includes turns and spacers between the turns, and the spacers include a rear spacer having a blade for removing granulated product from a rear section of the at least one reservoir, and preventing an accumulation of granulated product and wherein the spiral scraper includes a front blade for conveying granulated product to a discharge orifice of the nozzle; preferably wherein the apparatus includes at least one reservoir comprising a front end with a nozzle, wherein
