  • Publication number: 20240149067
Abstract: A method, system and device for implanting an electrode assembly of an implantable medical device in a patient's heart. Positioning one or more radiopaque markers in a coronary sinus of the patient's heart. Positioning, by using the one or more positioned radiopaque markers as a fluoroscopic visual reference, a distal tip of a delivery catheter within a right atrium of the patient's heart so that a distal opening of a lumen of the catheter is against a septal wall of the heart at a location between the ostium of the coronary sinus and the A-V nodal area of the right atrium, and so that the tip of the catheter is generally directed toward a left ventricle of the patient's heart. Advancing the electrode assembly through the lumen of the catheter and into the septal wall.

  • Publication number: 20240078561
Abstract: Methods, systems, and techniques for agricultural greenhouse gas estimation. Farm data in the form of at least one of revenue generated by a farm, crop information for one or more crops grown on the farm, and land use/farm practice data for land used on the farm to grow the one or more crops is obtained. An emissions estimate is determined based on the obtained data and caused to be displayed to the user via a graphical user interface. A user may be a person responsible for managing multiple farms. That user may be presented with aggregate emissions-related information for all farms, including projected future emissions under various scenarios, and may also iteratively experiment with different farm data values in order to attempt to reduce projected emissions or increase data quality/emissions estimate accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20160226129
Abstract: Antenna configurations for wireless speakers are disclosed. An example playback device includes a housing having a first base on which the playback device rests when oriented in a first direction, a second base on which the playback device rests when oriented in a second direction, and a side of the playback device. A first antenna may be affixed to the side of the playback device, oriented perpendicular to the second base, and arranged to produce a first electric field in a first direction extending through the first base of the playback device. A second antenna of a second type may be positioned above the second base and below a speaker of the playback device when the playback device is oriented in the second direction. The second antenna may produce a second electric field in a second direction substantially orthogonal to the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20140091031
Abstract: The present invention discloses the preparation of antimicrobial membranes by inclusion of low leaching, control release silver-based antimicrobial additives as described in claim 1 into the polymer matrix and forming this into a semipermeable membrane. The antimicrobial agents protect the membrane system against bacterial and/or algal decay and assist in maintaining a high efficiency of the membrane filtration process.

  • Publication number: 20130062429
Abstract: A decoration arrangement includes a supporting container, a predetermined amount of scent generating solution contained in the supporting container and a decorative article. The decorative article includes a supporting stem, a solution absorbing layer extended an outer surface of the supporting stem for absorbing the scent generating solution, a plurality of decorative elements spacedly extended from the supporting stem, and a plurality of connecting joints provided on the supporting stem to connect the decorative elements with the supporting stem, wherein the connecting joints is made of waterproof material so that the scent generating solution absorbed by the solution absorbing layer is prevented from being soaked by the decorative elements, so that a predetermined scent is generated by the decorative article without having the decorative elements to become wet.

  • Publication number: 20100237524
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a ceramic capable of adsorbing a fragrance and releasing a fragrant aroma primarily mixes over 60% of a metal oxide with a ceramic clay, and then produces a lubricating effect by performing a high-temperature thermal treatment to the ceramic clay in a liquid form between the metal oxide particles in a solid form, such that the metal oxide particles can serve as sliding carriers and provide an enhanced effect for manufacturing a ceramic product with a fine surface and an internal porous property, and provide good adsorption rate and release effect of the fragrance.

  • Publication number: 20080279729
Abstract: An aroma porcelain wall deco comprises a container having aromatic agent retained therein, and concealed inside an accommodation groove of an ornamental shield that, to be hanged onto a wall, has an assembly hole drilled thereon to communicate with the accommodation groove, permitting the opening of the container to precisely position beneath the assembly hole. An extension portion of a microelement breathable and permeable body is guided through the assembly hole, and a suction wicking cord attached to the end section of the extension portion is soaked into the aromatic agent retained inside the container. Via each fine pore of the microelement breathable and permeable body, aromatic agent absorbed by the suction wicking cord can be efficiently released to contact with the atmosphere outside and, via natural physical changes generated thereby, fragrant scents can be evenly diffused in a long-lasting and continuous manner till the aromatic agent is used up.

  • Publication number: 20080267832
Abstract: An aroma porcelain diffuser comprises a container seat equipped with a grooved hole and a ringed guide surface for the accommodation of aromatic agent therein, and a microelement breathable and permeable body having a water-permeable and air-ventilating special porcelain wicking head with fine pores densely and evenly formed thereon. The microelement breathable and permeable body also has a suction end with water-permeable and air-ventilating fine pores thereon to mount into the container seat and precisely soak into the aromatic agent retained in the container seat. Via each fine porous cell of the microelement breathable and permeable body, the aromatic agent absorbed by the suction end is transported to contact with the atmosphere outside and naturally generate physical changes thereby. Therefore, the porcelain body thereof works as a medium through which the fragrant scent of the aromatic agent is efficiently released and diffused long and wide in the surrounding environment.

  • Patent number: 7202747
Abstract: A self-tuning variable impedance circuit provides improved performance. A variation in the power applied to the variable impedance circuit causes a corresponding change in the impedance of the circuit, resulting in improved performance. For example, the variable impedance circuit may be a matching circuit that “follows” the output power of a power amplifier, thereby increasing the power efficiency of the power amplifier.
