  • Patent number: 6814584
Abstract: An electrical connector is used to connect first and second electrical elements together. A body of the connector is fanned from an elastomer with a top surface and a bottom surface. Elastomeric bumps extend from the top and bottom surfaces and holes extend through the pairs of bumps and body. The bumps and holes are metalized. To install the connector, the connector is compressed and held between the first and second elements. The compression of the connector causes the bumps to force the metalized layer of the connector against the first and second elements.
