    Abstract: A method and composition for developing a relief image formed by exposing a portion of a photopolymerizable layer to actinic radiation and removing the portion of the photopolymerizable layer not exposed to actinic radiation by washing the unexposed portion with a developer composition comprising a monoterpene, N-methylpyrrolidone and, optionally, an aromatic alcohol. A nonionic surfactant can also be included in the developer composition.
