    Abstract: A spray bar for use with a first web having a first width and a second web having a second width comprises a spray bar mounting channel having at least one cut-out in a front surface thereof. A plurality of reduction plates are affixed to the mounting channel over the cut-out. In one embodiment, each reduction plate has a center line and an opening therethrough located a predetermined offset from the center line.
