  • Publication number: 20240074684
Abstract: The disclosure provides methods and systems for determining an emotional fitness metrics for users. A physiological parameter of the user is measured during a group activity using at least one biosensor to acquire a measured signal. The measured signal of the user is compared to a measured signal for the physiological parameter of one or more additional users as measured when the one or more additional users perform the group activity. An emotional connectivity may be calculated based on a synchronicity of the measured signal of the user with the measured signal of the one or more additional users, as well as a cognitive appraisal metric, a resilience metric and an emotional fitness metric. Connectivity values for user pairings for a group activity can be computed based a synchronicity in a time-series correlation for the physiological parameters for permutations of the user pairings for the group activity.

  • Publication number: 20230066452
Abstract: Disclosed is a distributed computer system and a method of operation thereof. The distributed computer system includes a plurality of worker nodes. The collective learning of the worker nodes is managed within the distributed computer system. The operation of distributed computer system is coordinated by employing a distributed ledger arrangement. The distributed computer system comprises a monitoring arrangement to provide learning parameters to the worker nodes by way of executing smart contract. Each of the worker nodes is operable to train a computing model based on the learning parameters and a set of training data. The monitoring arrangement provides a reward to at least one of the worker nodes for training the computing model. The reward is determined based on a number and frequency of intermediary computing models provided by a given worker node to a remainder of the worker nodes; and a quality of the intermediary computing models.

  • Publication number: 20220280108
Abstract: A method for characterizing impacts experienced by a user comprises receiving a plurality of types of data, determining an impact score for the user, and communicating the impact score to the user. The plurality of types of data includes impact data associated with one or more impacts experienced by the user, and demographic data associated with the user. The impact score characterizes an effect on the user from the one or more impacts.

  • Publication number: 20220183625
Abstract: A mouth guard senses an impact event and generates impact data associated with the impact event. The impact data can be analyzed to determine whether the impact event is a true impact event or a false impact event. The impact data can be analyzed by a trained model. The impact data can be labeled after independently determining whether the impact event was a true impact event or a false impact event. The labeled impact data can be used to update the model.

  • Patent number: 10973702
Abstract: An absorbent article comprises a three-dimensional liquid permeable topsheet. The topsheet comprises a first layer comprising a hydrophobic material and a second layer comprising a hydrophilic material. The first layer is joined to the second layer. The topsheet comprises a plurality of recesses, a plurality of projections, and a plurality of land areas. The land areas surround at least a majority of the plurality of projections and a plurality of the recesses. The absorbent article comprises a liquid impermeable backsheet, an acquisition material, an absorbent core disposed at least partially intermediate the acquisition material and the liquid impermeable backsheet, and an indicia. The indicia is on the acquisition material or the liquid permeable topsheet. The indicia is visible from a wearer-facing side of the absorbent article. The indicia is different color than the acquisition material or the liquid permeable topsheet.
