  • Patent number: 11925474
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for developing an individual-specific patient baseline for a target patient. An exemplary method involves: determining one or more acuity scores for the target patient; identifying patient health data corresponding to one or more low acuity time periods; storing retrospective clinical data from a group of patients in a second database; comparing the patient health data corresponding to the one or more low acuity time periods with retrospective clinical data from a group of patients by identifying one or more patient subgroups; determining the individual-specific patient baseline using an adaptive baseline selection algorithm, wherein the adaptive baseline selection algorithm is used to determine whether to determine the individual-specific patient baseline using patient health data or using retrospective clinical data from one or more patient subgroups; and displaying, using a user interface, the individual-specific patient baseline.

  • Patent number: 11822537
Abstract: Systems and techniques for protocol buffer trie packing and streaming updates are described herein. Data entities are identified in a received update query. An index value is assigned to each unique data entity to generate an index of unique data entities. A frequency of occurrence value is determined for each unique data. entity. The index of unique data entities is sorted by data entity type in descending order by the frequency of occurrence value of each unique data entity. A trie is generated with a root node assigned as a first unique data entity from the index of unique data entities that has a frequency of occurrence value with the largest numerical value. An update payload is created for the trie by conversion of the trie into a protocol buffer format through serialization of the trie into a binary string.

  • Patent number: 11236642
Abstract: An engine valve actuation system includes a rotatable camshaft, a first valve lifter, and a second valve lifter, structured to actuate valves in an engine in response to rotation of cams of the camshaft. The engine valve actuation system includes an anti-rotation device having a collar with a sleeve portion and a boss portion, and a bridge connector structured to couple with one of the valve lifters. Another one of the valve lifters is slidably received in the sleeve portion. The anti-rotation device reciprocates with the one of the valve lifters, and each of the valve lifters is restricted from rotation during service.

  • Patent number: 11220933
Abstract: An engine valve actuation system includes a camshaft, rotatable in an engine, and a compound collar including a mounting sleeve, a guide sleeve, and a bridge cantilevering the guide sleeve to the mounting sleeve. A first valve lifter is interference-fitted in the mounting sleeve, and a second valve lifter is slip-fitted within the guide sleeve. First and second lifter bores receiving the first and second valve lifters are congruent, and the first and second valve lifters may be substantially identical. The compound collar reciprocates with the interference fitted first valve lifter, slidably receives the slip-fitted second valve lifter, and limits in-service rotation of both.

  • Publication number: 20210342411
Abstract: An example system receives a plurality of event streams. A separate stream rule is applied to each individual event stream to produce a filtered output event stream. The system also applies a correlation rule to the filtered output event streams to produce correlated event results.
