  • Patent number: 8231317
Abstract: A fastening clamp for connecting a carrier part (13) and an add-on part (14) has a plug-through leg (1), with a plug-through sleeve (5), and a threaded leg (2), which is connected to a thread unit (10). The plug-through sleeve (5) extends away from the threaded leg (2) and has an effective overall height which is greater than the thickness of an add-on part (14). Engagement elements (11) are present on that side of the thread leg (2) which is directed towards the plug-through leg (1). In a pre-assembly arrangement, the legs (1, 2) are spaced apart by a distance which is large enough to allow a carrier part (13) to be positioned between the legs (1, 2) such that it is essentially free of engagement with the engagement elements (11), in which case, once a screw has been screwed into an end position, the engagement elements (11) thus engage with the carrier part (13) such that the fastening clamp is connected in a non-displaceable manner to the carrier part (13).

  • Publication number: 20090263180
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for fastening an add-on (21) and a support (20) at a distance from each other, comprising a plastic mounting nut (1), a plastic compensating bush (5) and a fastening screw (14) having a screw shank (15) from a hard material. A threaded arrangement (8, 9) having a first direction of thread is configured between the mounting nut (1) and the compensating bush (5). The screw shank (15) has an external thread (17) having a second direction of thread opposite the first direction of thread which is used to produce an internal thread in a channel section (12) configured in the compensating bush (5). When the fastening screw (14) is screwed in, the compensating bush (5) is automatically screwed out from the mounting nut (1).

  • Publication number: 20090190993
Abstract: A device for fastening an add-on part (23) and a support part (24) at a distance from each other has a mounting nut (1) comprising an internal thread (9) of a first direction of thread, a compensating bush (5) comprising an external thread (8) that is adjusted to the internal thread (9), and a fastening screw (26), wherein its screw shaft (25) is configured having an external thread (27) of a second direction of thread opposite of the first direction of thread. The compensating bush (5) is configured having an internal sleeve (13) comprising a head section (15) having an arrangement of reinforcement zones (17) and adaptation zones (18), wherein the reinforcement zones (17) have a larger resistance than the adaptation zones (18) as opposed to an expansion directed radially outward.

  • Patent number: 7383692
Abstract: Disclosed is a device (1) for fixing an adapter (3) for an add-on piece to a condenser that is provided with deformable lamellae located between coolant conduits. Said device (1) comprises an adapter-supporting piece (2) that is provided with the adapter (3) for the add-on piece. An opposite piece (5) is also provided. The adapter-supporting piece (2) and the opposite piece (5) encompass a number of facing, wedge-shaped protrusions (11, 13). A locking arrangement (6) is embodied on the adapter-supporting piece (2) and the opposite piece (5) for connecting the adapter-supporting piece (2) and the opposite piece (5). The protrusions (11, 13) engage with the lamellae of the condenser so as to deform the same when the adapter-supporting piece (2) and the opposite piece (5) are connected, resulting in stable securing of the device (1) while the connection is formed by the locking arrangement (6).
