Abstract: A product warming apparatus with at least one product holding container having a bottom surface. An enclosure includes at least one opening configured to receive the product holding container. A heat radiating plate is provided in thermal communication with and configured to receive heat from a heating element. The heat radiating plate includes a top surface disposed adjacent the bottom surface of the product holding container with the top surface of the heat radiating plate being spaced apart from the bottom surface of the product holding container to define a gap therebetween. A thermostatic controller is in thermal communication with the heat radiating plate for controlling a flow of heat to the heat radiating plate.

Abstract: A griddle for cooking a food product includes an upper surface, a lower surface, a first side, a second side, a front side and a rear side. A serpentine passageway is formed on the lower surface. A collector tank is juxtaposed and secured directly in touching contact with the lower surface adjacent to the first side of the griddle and is in communication with the serpentine passageway. A boiler is juxtaposed and secured directly in touching contact with the lower surface adjacent to the second side of the griddle and is in communication with the serpentine passageway. Heat applied directly to at least one of the collector tank and the boiler for heating a fluid disposed therein and supplying the heated fluid to the serpentine passageway for providing heat for cooking a food product disposed on the upper surface of the griddle.

At least one notch is formed in said first sidewall for engaging a shelf for selectively mounting the closure on the shelf during non-use of a container and for closing an opening in a top of a container when the container is positioned on the shelf.

Abstract: A handle for a container includes a retaining portion for securing between a mounting band and an outer peripheral surface of the container. A holding portion extends from the retaining portion. A gripping portion extends from the holding portion. Wherein positioning the mounting band relative to an outer peripheral surface of a container and wedging the mounting band relative thereto secures the retaining portion of the handle relative to the container and permits a user to hold the holding portion and grip the gripping portion during use of the handle.
