Abstract: In one aspect, a computer implemented method is provided for the provision, on a computing apparatus, of a user interface configured via a portal to permit a merchant to define an offer campaign. The offer has a plurality of milestones required to be met in order to provide a benefit to a user. The computing apparatus may be further configured to associate the offer with a user, detect the progress of the user toward the milestone, and transmit a message to the user regarding the user's progress toward the milestone.

Abstract: In one aspect, a computing apparatus is configured to verify a digital signature applied on a set of data received from a user device, including an user ID assigned by a partner system to uniquely identify a user of the user device among customers of the partner system, and a user device identifier identifying the user device. The digital signature is generated via applying a cryptographic one-way hash function on a combination of the set of data and a secret, shared between the computing apparatus and the partner system via a secure communication channel separate from a channel used to receive the set of data.

Abstract: A computing apparatus configured to determine account numbers of account holders, determine merchant identifiers used to identify respective merchants in authorization requests for transactions between the respective merchants and the account holders, monitor transactions processed by a transaction handler to detect first transactions between the merchants and the account holders, and transmit information about each of the first transactions to a remote computing device in real time as the transaction handler processes the authorization of the respective detected transaction.

Abstract: A system for managing enhancement features assigned to financial presentation devices such as credit cards. The system includes an accounts database and a feature management module. The accounts database stores account holder data containing assigned enhancement features for associated credit cards. The feature management module is capable of updating and managing the assigned features of an individual credit card independently of other cards so as to provide enhancement features that can be customized for each individual cardholder.
