  • Patent number: 11968674
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a control message indicating a resource configuration for uplink and downlink transmissions. The UE may determine an uplink buffer threshold for a modem buffer of the UE based on the resource configuration. The UE may transmit, to the base station, a feedback request message requesting that the base station provide feedback for at least one previously transmitted uplink packet based on a comparison of an amount of previously transmitted uplink data and scheduled uplink data stored in the modem buffer relative to the uplink buffer threshold. The UE may receive, based on transmitting the feedback request message, a feedback response message corresponding to a first previously transmitted uplink packet of the at least one previously transmitted uplink packet.

  • Publication number: 20240107391
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are disclosed by the present application. A request to establish a call using a first connection may be received, the first connection using a first radio access technology to communicate with a radio access network. During execution of a procedure to establish the call, a command to handover communications from the first connection to a second connection that uses a second radio access technology to communicate with the radio access network may be received. The second connection may be established in response to the command, and a message indicating that the request to establish the call was successfully received may be transmitted over the second connection. Also, a message indicating that an alert of the call is being issued may be transmitted over the second connection.

  • Patent number: 11915983
Abstract: A method of fabricating an electronic device can include forming a plurality of vertical channels having sidewalls over a substrate, and forming gate dielectric regions over portions of the vertical channels and planar regions adjoining the vertical channels. Gate electrode regions are then formed over portions of the gate dielectric regions. The gate electrode material and the vertical channel region are doped and sized to enable full depletion of charges during operation. Source and body tie regions are formed on the vertical sidewalls by doping with a p-type or n-type dopant. Dielectric regions over the gate electrode regions are formed to electrically isolate the gate electrode regions from the source regions. A metallic layer is formed over the first side of the substrate having the vertical channels. Stress is then induced within the substrate by annealing and/or cooling to separate a semiconductor region of the substrate and the metallic layer from the remaining portion of the substrate.

  • Patent number: 11132613
Abstract: Systems and methods for mapping configuration items to business functions within a corporate infrastructure are disclosed. Discovery processes to automatically create and update service maps may introduce an artificial dependency between configuration items that is not necessary to the business function represented in the service map. These unnecessary dependencies may be considered “noise” and unnecessarily complicate the service map. Using machine learning techniques and procedures to identify short lived connections embodiments in accordance with this disclosure, dependency connections that may be considered noise may be detected and flagged. Once detected, these connections may be automatically removed from the service map to improve its accuracy and usefulness. Additionally, a user interface is provided that explains the “reason codes” for identification of noise connections.
