Abstract: A rubber belt crawler chain for a vehicle is equipped with chain guiding members which are slidingly guided in one another, are each connected with a cross-piece, and accommodate between one another steel cables of a rubber bearing body surrounding the cross-piece. The cross-piece has two clamping elements forming a receiving device for the steel cables between one another, in which groove-shaped guides for the cables are arranged in one clamping element, and are covered in a web-shaped manner by the other clamping element.

Abstract: A vehicle, especially an automotive utility vehicle, of the type having a motor driven vehicle unit and a towable complementary unit, such as the type utilized for fire fighting or rescue operations, is provided with an improved arrangement for coupling of the complementary unit to the vehicle unit which can be rapidly coupled to or disconnected, and which will minimize transmission of torsional forces to the vehicle frame when coupling of a vehicle that is out of alignment with the complementary unit. In accordance with a preferred embodiment, the arrangement includes a centering device that has conically surfaced members on both the vehicle and complementary unit, an elastic member which enables pivoting of the conically surfaced member of the complementary unit and its draft element during introduction thereof into the centering member of the vehicle, and a securing arrangement for firmly retaining the centering member of the complementary unit in a fully connected, rigidly coupled configuration.

Abstract: A coupling arrangement for pressure fluid lines which includes at least two coupling sections which are adapted to be selectively coupled and uncoupled. A separator device is arranged at least within the area of the coupling members when in a coupled position for separating the medium which is not compatible with the medium in the fluid pressure system and preventing the introduction of the non-compatible medium into the pressure fluid lines during a coupling operation.
